Ulasan Hamburg Marriott Hotel

The hotel location is perfect, but the parking fee at the hotel is quite expensive, as it operate by other, APCOA. Public facilities are a bit aging e.g. swimming pool and gym, however, equipments are in good maintenance. The service are almost all okay, except the housekeeping part, who knock my door many times while I was packing my luggage, as it's nearly check-out time.

Good location and have a very nice bar at the lobby. Great breakfast to make you a day.

Located in the city center, convenient transportation. There are many special restaurants around. The breakfast room is a bit crowded. The place is not very big, and the occupancy rate seems to be quite high. It is almost always full.

It is a very good hotel and I am very satisfied with the service. It is also close to Hamburg City Hall, the world's most expensive building, and is connected to the shopping street, making it a great place for a family trip.

The hotel is in a very good location, and it is very convenient for traveling, shopping, and eating nearby. The sanitation is good, the environment is good, the equipment and facilities are also good, and the room service needs to be further improved, such as laundry service, etc. I look forward to staying there next time!

Even considering that the pool was under construction, the facilities were really bad. I couldn't sleep because of the construction. It was really bad. ㅠ The rooms were fine.

This is the third time we choose this hotel. The hotel is updating its rooms, this time we got an updated room. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Amazing breakfast. Friendly service. Good location. We will definitely choose this hotel again.

My local friend asked me how was my hotel stay, and I said it was very comfortable staying at Marriott. He said because it’s Marriott hotel, the rooms and services are all top-notch.

I lost something in the hotel, but the hotel didn't proactively inform me in advance. It was a burberry coat🧥. I didn't get any feedback until I called. Not very good

An old hotel. Located in the center of Hamburg, the facilities are a bit old, and the German items are more down-to-earth. The housekeeper provides coffee upon request for breakfast, which has the flavor of an old German hotel.

Excellent location, good room, cleanliness is OK, comfortable bed, good pillows, quiet, convenient transportation, shopping and dining Pet-friendly, pets are not noisy

We used and visited all of the hotel's facilities and had a very pleasant stay throughout. The service deductions are due to the inability to speak to some employees because they speak neither German nor English. We make deductions in terms of amenities because the hotel has a wellness area, but unfortunately, compared to hotels of the same category, it does not have a whirlpool/real sauna (the existing one is for a maximum of 2 people)/steam bath/relaxation rooms. I would also have been happy if the gentleman at the front desk could have answered a simple question about the history of the hotel.
