Great hotel location - right in the centre of Bai Chay tourists area. There are so many things around like Bai Chay beach, Ha long bazaar night market, sun square, old quarter, Sun world complex.. Just a bit pity that not everything is open yet since there are still some restrictions due to covid-19 but i can imagine how fun it would be during summer season and without pandemic!! Will definitely come back to Halong! Other than that, excellent customer service, price and room amenities. The staffs were quite friendly and approachable. Great experience here! Highly recommended!

This is my 2nd time visiting Ha Long with my daughter after a long time. We’ve decided to stay at an european shophouse area which seems quite new and convenient for visiting famous spots. It was kind of confusing to find the hotel location at first but then thanks to the hotel staff's assistance and hospitality we were able to fully enjoy the trip. Special thanks to Ngọc who was so attentive and took care of everything we needed!! The room we booked was spacious and very well appointed with comfortable bed and good bathtub. There is a wonderful view of the sea especially when sunset!! However, i guess we should have booked a room with a balcony from where my daughter could take more photos of sunset. Anyway, I'd recommend this place and would revisit on next time if i have chance.

The room is super clean and tidy. Perfect location. Good breakfast. I especially enjoyed playing piano in the lobby. A big thanks to hotel staff team for such a warm welcoming and a great hospitality.

- Much impressed with the new hotel name Elysinam. I had a quite, cozy and spacious one night stay at a special room with sea view. - With a delicate design that combines light and dark tones to create a distinctive feature of the hotel. The room is very new, you can feel the characteristic smell of the new room. - Staff was very friendly and accommodating to my needs. I specifically want to thank Ms Nga and Ms Ngoc at the reception who helped me check in very promptly and answered all of my questions about room benefits. - And that day, I was the only guest in the hotel. So ms Nga, Ngoc invited me a good dinner. After that we had a romantic coffee near the Bai Chay bridge. The name of the coffee store is Ca Phe Gio. - Unfortunately when I visited, it was winter time. I will definitely come back during summer time for a full experience. Monday 10.01.2022

The hotel owners were so kind to let us have an early check in after a long way on a bus from Ninh Binh. The hotel room wasn't very big but in general has a warm cozy atmosphere. A big thanks to receptionist who gave us great recommendations and advices to travel around Ha Long as well as helping us with booking transportations to the airport.

Elysinam's website suggests that the hotel provides an "opportunity to touch the typical luxury of Champs - Élysées right on the mysterious land of Ha Long Bay". This statement is so far off the mark as to be risible. Neither is the hotel "on the shore of natural wonders". It faces a large and deserted construction site with not a drop of water in sight. It might resemble the Champs - Élysées, but that would require the Germans to have carpet bombed Paris in 1940

Even though it was Tet holiday during my stay at Elysinam Boutique Hotel, the service was still impeccable! - Room and staff: The staff was incredibly lovely right from the start, sending me a whole list of places to be and continuously ensuring the room was up to standards. My room on the 5th floor was very spacious with a bath and an amazing view of the ocean, which makes it perfect for a relaxing time. There was a piano at the reception for those who play as I sure hovered around the instrument for the entire duration of my stay. Also, there were bikes up for rent for those who want to get some exercise while scouting the area. I stayed for the entire week so sometimes I got to borrow the bike for free, which is so nice of the staff. FYI, my favorite receptionist was Meow - the surprising little enthusiastic poodle at Elysinam. Still, do chat up the staff for some interesting anecdotes if you'd like :) The only downside was perhaps my room's door - it didn't close properly sometimes - and the lack of a minibar. However, the staff explained that the pandemic delayed the shipment for the lock and the minibar, which was understandable for a brand new hotel. I figured they'd get them fully installed asap. - Location: Personally I thought the location could not be any better. The hotel is situated on Bai Chay, which is a more chill and calm area relative to central Ha Long, making it perfect for a retreat. Still, there were more than enough amenities and places to be: heaps of hip cafes and cool pubs (ask the staff for guidance); abundances of street food stalls around; 5-minute walk from Bai Chay beach (perfect for a morning swim or a sunset stroll); 15-minute walk to local supermarkets and flea markets etc etc. Even if you want to get to central Ha Long bay, you can easily rent a motorbike or call a cab and it'd just be a 15-minute drive away (again the staff can help you with that no fuss). Plus you get to cross the Bai Chay bridge overlooking both the mountain and the ocean feeling the wind combing through your hair - an unforgettable sight tbh. Overall, my experience at Elysinam totally deserves 5 stars. I'd totally choose Elysinam again for my next visit to Ha Long! Can't wait to come back!

Tuyệt vời! Vị trí quá đẹp, quá tiện lợi. Đật phòng view nội bộ nhưng đc nâng cấp hẳn lên view biển!! Cảm ơn a c chủ ksan quá thân thiện và nhiệt tình! Tụi trẻ con rất vui và gia đình đã có kỳ nghỉ dưỡng ko còn gì để chê.
