一晚近兩千的價格，對於環境和服務，很不和諧，一到旅店就等了半小時都沒人，打了兩次電話都好凶又不耐煩的第一次回覆“按桌子上鈴就行了”整個地方都跑了一個人都沒有，又等了半個小時打電話還是又兇又不耐煩的回覆“在來路上了再等一會…”當時都想離開的沖動！洗手間也是公用洗漱去廁所還要出門小跑，因為外面的門是玻璃生怕有外人看到，非常不方便！床單都是臟的，浴巾裏都是毛髮很噁心！房間裏也沒有暖氣晚上睡的好冷！被子又薄又小腳總漏出來！服務態度也很兇，房間裏也沒有準備水和燒水壺，拖鞋和其他用品就更別提了！都要自己提前帶齊，不然沒水喝！早餐沒什麼吃的，東西又少又不新鮮！水果還都是爛的，沒有爛的蘋果也是全部都是嚴重皺皺巴巴沒法吃！簡直太糟糕！直接餓着肚子退房了！大家千萬別來，來太坑了！

超級挑房型，入住跟照片差非常多。不會再入住。
1.窗戶看出去完全沒景色，只能看到對面。
2.沒景色就算了，在大街上所以晚上九點前都很吵。
3.地板木頭聲咖咖響，聲音真的太大。
4.房間有洗手台，太老舊會有不明聲音，很吵，特別是晚上睡覺時。
5.浴室在外面，非常小間，沒提供任何沐浴用品。
6.房間格局與桌椅安排詭異，很少地方放東西，很不友善。
7.整個房間都有一層灰，沒打掃過的樣子。
8.床難睡很凹，且轉身時床木板會發出聲音。
唯二好處：
1.有貓就給讚
2.早餐不錯，如果天氣好在外面吃早餐蠻放鬆。

I recently stayed in a single room and I absolutely loved everything about my experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay (25.12-27.12). The room was comfortable and well-maintained. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I would rate it 10/10 in my personal ranking. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had the whole floor to ourselves since it was very slow on the day we came in November, so we didn't have to share a bathroom. The breakfast was great! The staff was very friendly and let us keep our luggage at the hotel after we checked out and before we left Hallstatt for the day. Very centrally located in downtown Hallstatt. We would come back again.

A beautiful Bed and Breakfast with old world charm. We had a balcony that overlooked the garden restaurant and Lake Hallstatt. The floors creak and the walls are a little thin but it’s all part of the charm. The breakfast was light but tasty with good variety. The only surprise was at check-in when we were told cash (Euros) only. If I had known I would have planned accordingly. Had to scramble a little even though there was an atm across the courtyard. My bill exceeded my daily withdrawal limit and it was a weekend. Cash only was not mentioned in our reservation emails. I was told it is on their website. BTW- the restaurant is cash only as well.

A guest house with a lot of potential, but unfortunately poorly maintained and old. Room and bathroom were very small. Poor breakfast with not a lot of options. The lobby and hallways are very scattered with old furniture and carpets. So, the hotel looks very dirty and unkempt. The floors and bed make a lot of noise, it’s impossible to get out of bed at night to the bathroom without waking up your partner or next room guests. The ventilation in the hotel is not the best, you could smell food everywhere, even in the bedroom. Staff was a little bit unfriendly. The location is really good, close to the ferry station and the city centre. It has a good view from the balcony.

Charming guesthouse in the center of Hallstatt. Worth a stay just to wait for all the rude China day-trippers to leave, and then one can enjoy the picturesque town in tranquility. Rooms were clean and comfortable, service helpful & friendly, good breakfast.

A basic hotel with everything we needed. We had a room with our own bathroom and a small balcony. Breakfast was adequate with enough options. The bed was squeaky but was fixed with a few towels placed under the mattress. Our request for an extra doona cover could not be accommodated for some reason and they only took cash. All in all we got what we paid for. Excellent location for a stay in Hallstatt

We had a lovely stay at this historic little hotel. It’s located in the heart of Hallstatt making it very convenient to explore the beautiful village. It is an old building and as such, the floors are squeaky as is the bed. The bathroom is also small and a bit dated. The view, however is amazing. It’s looks down onto the restaurant and the lake. My only warning is that shampoo is not provided, so bring your own and they do not take credit cards so bring cash. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay.
