Ulasan Hakone Pax Yoshino

Ini adalah hotel terpencil dan tenang di lokasi yang baik. Makanan yang ditetapkan di malam hari adalah makanan yang luar biasa, diterima dengan baik, dan menyenangkan. Sarapannya juga enak Pemandian air panas khususnya sangat bagus.

Menuju ke Hakone setelah bekerja dan tiba sekitar pukul 22:00. Pemandian umum dibuka, dan pria dan wanita berganti antara pagi dan malam, jadi saya bisa menikmati pemandangan yang berbeda di pagi hari dibandingkan di malam hari. Ruangan itu tua tapi bagus dan bersih. Namun, colokan stopkontak kendor dan pengisi daya tidak dapat dipasang dengan benar.

The front desk staff at this hotel significantly impacted our stay in a negative way. When a miscommunication with Trip.com left my son off the booking, they refused to check and demanded additional payment. To make matters worse, the staff member complained about us to their colleagues right in front of my family, thinking nobody understood Japanese. Additionally, we were only provided with 2 mattresses after housekeeping despite paying for 3 people. This experience was very disappointing, highlighting their poor communication within departments. I will not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. This was the worst service I have encountered from front desk staff.

The hotel location was quiet, along the river and not too far from town and easy access to busses and trains. Breakfast was excellent and the Japan style room was very nice experience. Highly recommend if you want this type of hotel.

The hotel located about 10 minutes walk from the Hakone Yuumoto Station. The environment is nice and the servants are polite.

The location is not so far from Hakone-Yamamoto station, but if you bring huge luggage it may not convenient. We only brought our backpacks to Hakone. The room is huge, the design is Japanese traditional house/room. We booked a room with bed because we’re not very used to sleeping on floor. We didn’t get a room with river view but that’s alright. The bathroom is okay, they have a very complete bath-amenities and skincare ranges which is nice. We tried the private onsen, we paid about 3300 yen. But it’s worth the experience. The breakfast buffet is pretty nice with many various of foods. Overally it’s a pretty good accomodation in Hakone area.

The top floor onsen is not that clean, the room is big but 2 beds and private onsen.

The hotel service's attitude is horrible， when you ask front desk staff travel information or nearby restaurant business hours，they don't know nothing at all（take a bow)，the public transportation buses are small and compacity restriction(two hundred yen per trip)，Most of restaurant close before 6:00 p.m(I'm so hungry)，if your have short vacation and you don't want to rush and pick better place's. To relax.

See several people including us have issue with booking details not match

Room is spacious and well-maintained. Booked a private onsen for an hour and it was a great experience.

We loved the in-room hot spring tub, it is so convenient to use. The buffet breakfast was very good with Japanese style cuisine to choose from. Dinner set was good too.

Very far from the train station on foot like 14 mins, as we went during low peak weekdays there's no hotel shuttle after 11am! This was not stated on the hotel website. We have no choice but to drag our luggage there on foot. Inflexible n unfriendly staff at its breakfast restaurant, wanted to wait for a seat near window as we saw guests leaving soon. But no the staff insist we must sit where she located us! Then the next thing we know other guests can just switch to the window seats with no problem. Very angry and disappointed and the difference in treatment. The hotel itself is nice n cozy, good Japanese style room, onsen area so-so.
