Everything was great! Thank to all staff. I like room with big bath. Food was delicious!

Good to have onsen in the room, enjoy the onsen after a tiring day play in Hakone.

I like the private onsen at room, the water is hot enough. Most of the staff are friendly.

Excellent Cp, but it would be quite difficult to access without a private car or taxi. Bus is available for 30 mins each. Private bath is great

It's quite difficult to find the location if you are walking to the hotel, especially when it's 5 o'clock in winter. If you don't mind the hotel is old-fashioned and self-help most of the time, you can enjoy the hot spring in the room. Oh, the staff in reception is young and polite. Thanks they lent us the adaptor.

from hotel prices perspective, you cannot expect much on facilities & quick services, room is spacious but not maintained well & clean enough, meals provided at quite good quality, however you have to think about location if you do not drive because it's hard to find hotel location & remote from Togendai station that needs at least 20 mins walk & it's not a straight walk!

Love the private onsen tub in the room and very spacious.

一泊兩食，房間有溫泉，溫泉是恆溫，可惜不夠熱，最後都是去公眾大浴場浸溫泉，有戶外、室內溫泉池。 晚餐及早餐都是自助餐，不過不失。酒店門口要行樓梯及斜路，搬行李時，有點麻煩。停車位十分緊張，最好1530-1630時間內入住。

這酒店實際是印度叉經營，大家入住時儘量避開那兩條印度叉辦理，諸多挑剔，辦野……（懂的都懂）。衞生條件極差，到處是灰塵，床單是更換一張薄布那種，上面還有毛髮。設施很陳舊他們也不維護。地理位置也不方便，如果不是駕車不要選擇，公交車衹有一班到達，7pm後就末班車了。總之很影響本次旅遊體驗。

屋內空間滿大的，還有室內浴盆可以泡湯使用。 室內有小小的一區，可簡單加熱的廚俱可以自己動手煮食物。 飯店的床很好睡，DHC的乳液、護髮備品很充足、品質很好。

未遇過咁差嘅酒店，成間酒店一陣味。私人風呂入房時已預設一缸水，但非常污糟服務員說不能更換，熱水龍頭根本不能出到熱水。只能引入冰冷水喉水，床舖殘舊污糟坐一回而有東西咬

房間裡有私人浴室，很好，房間的裝飾和美學也非常時尚和現代。 室內浴室非常棒，絕對物有所值。 早餐和晚餐有很多飲料可供選擇，而且有很多吃的。

去到停車場泊緊車有個服務員行左出黎一直都無出聲無指示，直到我地泊好車落哂車同喼先叫我地泊去另一邊😅同埋個自助晚餐唔係太好食同野食好少又普通，而酒店既設備有d舊，唔太值呢個價錢

酒店近大涌谷，蘆之湖，不過會較適合自駕遊的遊客；房間有私人風呂，十分不錯；晚餐自助餐尚算不俗。 但是服務質素真的較差，他們不會幫助客人去搬行李，當日落大雨，推著行李由停車地方至去酒店都有一小段路程，酒店員工只會遠處望住旅客，完全不會幫助！除了這點之外，其他地方都不錯。
