Lovely French style, staffs are hospitality. Location is alright since you can walk to get some food, drinks or take grab to wherever you want.

Wonderful hotel! Old charm, beautiful lounge and garden, very comfortable rooms, best breakfast we have had in Vietnam and excellent service. Spécial thanks to Van Anh and Luang who were incredibly helpful.

Nice hotel renovated with traditional features evoking a French past. Could have had more srle toon for breakfast, we arrived gor breakfast with 30 minutes before the restaurant closed and there was almost no fruit and no cold cuts and cheese so an improvement there would be an advantage

It was a pleasant stay at the hotel with good breakfast, clean room, easy location and friendly staffs, especially Thomas. Will be back again soon. Things to improve are tv and bed 😊

하이퐁은 은퇴후 남편과 함께 한 첫 자유여행지였습니다. 호치민ㅡ달랏 ㅡ다낭 ㅡ하이퐁ㅡ하노이 일정으로 1개월 여행 중인데 도시를 이동할때 마다 긴장과 설레임이 가득합니다. 공항에서 그랩택시를 이용하여 마노어 호텔에 도착 했을때 웰컴티 및 직원들의 친절한 맞이로 여행자의 피곤함과 긴장감을 녹여주었습니다. 특히 Jason 님은 시내 투어코스 안내, 이동하는 도시의 버스표 예약,주변도시 투어등 전문적이고 친절한 서비스를 제공하여 여행의 만족과 큰 감동을 주었습니다. 조식뷔페도 정갈하며 한국인의 입맛에 최적화 된 정성스런 메뉴와 풍성한 과일이 감동이었습니다. 4박 하는 동안 고품격 하롱베이 크루즈투어로 실속있고 보람찬 투어를 할수 있어 행복했습니다.

衞生：洗臉盆不乾淨，有污漬 拖鞋不是一次性的，感覺不衞生 半夜睡覺電視機自己打開了，我以為天亮了就醒了，導致時間了幾個小時
