Very good place, big room, very clean, friendly staff. Good breakfast. They rent scooter. Good location

Was a really good stay. Only problem we had was when paying for services at the end of the stay, they were about to charge us for the stay which we had already paid for on trip.com. So be careful when paying after to checking out to make sure they don’t charge you 2x for your stay!

Super hotel avec des personnes très sympathique à la réception. Nous avons pris nos excursions là bas et les prix étaient en dessous du marché.

A lovely hotel, the young people at the front desk were very helpful. Arranged most of our transport, the tour was great. They have a very cute son Affordable hotel, spacious rooms, and well equipped with all the necessary facilities. Great location for eating and going to the beach.

Linh, the receptionist at the hotel is a big plus for this hotel. She is knowledgeable and extremely friendly. You can find all the answers from her whenever you have difficulty choosing plans or services in Cat Ba. A small hotel, but very fully equipped with facilities in the room. A very satisfactory stay.

We had a fantastic experience during our stay. The room was great, and we truly appreciate our host, Linh, for her incredible support. After a long journey from Sapa to Cat Ba, we were exhausted, and Linh kindly allowed us to check in early at 8 AM so we could rest. She also helped us book tours, making our trip even better. Thank you for everything!

A very nice hotel with a good location, you can buy everything you want or easily go to restaurants. The big plus of the hotel is the owner, Linh, who is very friendly, speaks very good English and knows almost everything about the island, with tons of useful advice as well as interesting cultural information. Some of the staff at the restaurant do not speak English, but that is acceptable because they always smile. Highly appreciated the hospitality.

Stayed here for 2 nights, was a clean and spacious room with comfortable beds. Laundry service was quick and our clothes all came back in great condition and smelling fresh! They organised a day boat tour for us which was brilliant with Cat Ba local, and we hired a bike from them for the day under very short notice and it was no problem for them. Very helpful and friendly, breakfast was yummy (eggs one of 3 ways with pancakes or toast), with coffee or tea. Really recommend!

Staff were so friendly and welcoming! We really enjoyed our stay here with the beds being comfortable and rooms being clean! Hotel is in such a good location for beaches, shops, bars and restaurants! Staff are so nice and made the stay stress free! We really enjoyed our stay it was amazing, would highly recommend :)

We had a lovely stay.Our room has a big windown with city view, it was big, clean and modern in design. Linh the hostess was extremely helpful in arranging tours, scooter rental and recommendations for local cuisine. Every staff is very friendly, welcome.

The owner and staff were great and very helpful Linh help us book a trip to visit Ha Long Bay, and transportation Good location only 10 mins walk to the main road where all the restaurants are 10 mins walk to the beach Nice and big rooms as well Hot water was very good

The hotel is new, the owner; Linh is very friendly and genuinely helpful. She guided us on the places lf attractions, and she helped us organized a one day cruise tour, picked up and dropped off at the hotel. Location of the hotel is walking distance to the beach and the other attractions such as the seafood restaurants, the Cruise Port, convenient store, cafes and restaurants. A nice cozy hotel, and most importantly the room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower was hot, and air-conditioning was good too.
