Pelayanan meja resepsionisnya sangat baik, proses check-out cepat dan penagihannya juga tepat waktu, lokasinya relatif strategis dan hanya butuh waktu lima menit untuk sampai ke kereta cepat, rasio harga-kinerjanya ok, saya harus mengeluh soal sarapannya, standar sarapannya terlalu buruk, mungkin tidak banyak orang yang menginap di luar musim, tetapi sarapannya sangat buruk, pada dasarnya tidak ada yang bisa dimakan.

There was only 1 set of washer and dryer, while the photos showed 2. It closes at 8pm, but this is the time when guests usually will come back.

The room is fantastic. I love the lighting that is so updated. There are sensors around the bed, so when you need to go to the toilet at night, the small lights will come on so there is no need to look for a switch. The room is clean, however, the downside is smoking is allowed thus the hallways always have smoke smell. Also the lobby is not nicely decorated, and the lifts are open to all. No security at all. The doors open to the hotel and anyone can have access to it. The location is convenient, it is just across the road from the rail way station. We can walk to Wuyue Mall which is really huge.

Quite disappointed with the housekeeping. 1. Instant coffee is not replenished daily. Need to request everyday 2. Vanity pack: cotton buds also need to request daily otherwise it will not replenished 3. Attitude of the staff at front desk and operator, very rude tone to talk to guests. Overall, will not stay in this hotel for my future business trips
