There was no hot water in the shower. I wanted to use the landline to call the front desk to ask, but the phone was blocked. I thought it was because there was no hot water after 12 o'clock in the evening. The water for brushing my teeth the next day was still cold. I took a cold shower in 18-degree weather. It is recommended to ask if there is hot water before checking in.

位置鎮中心，附近有很多東西吃，而且搭車方便。 衞生正常。高層景觀開揚。 設施不足，沒有洗衣機，干衣機，洗衣粉，難道沒有預計旅客過夜？ 最好有小雪櫃。隔音亦不足。

各方面總括還不錯 唯獨是wifi 能連上 但用不上🙂↕️🙂↕️

酒店位於海豐梅隴鎮中心,廣汕公路旁, 交通方便, 周邊飲食方便多樣, 但衞生環境一般,第一次房間有異味, 叫總枱換了房！

設施：齊全 衞生：幹浄 服務：親切 環境：空曠，可居高遠眺鎮上景色 酒店位處鎮上最熱鬧的地段，餐飲小店不乏，而且出入方便，附近便有過境大巴可達深圳及海豐汕尾各地。

前台人員友善有禮，雖然登記房間有點慢，但也耐心幫我們處理好，確保滿足我們要求！房間寬敞，冷氣和水壓都足夠，酒店附近食宵夜方便，再來也會選這家！

酒吧地址很方便，午餐也可以在酒店3樓或4樓用餐，食物味道也可以。落樓下附近已經可以有商舖，最喜歡客服的2位小姐姐，非常有禮貌待人。給她們點讚！

位置容易找，周邊配套多，就是停車位少。
