The hotel room is nice. The air conditioner, lights, curtains can be controlled by voice, and the hydraulic temperature is good. Parking is not convenient, and there are too few parking spaces, but the security guards are very good, responsible and polite. 酒店的硬件不錯。不過前台和工作人員態度非常差，應該是說態度惡劣。其中一樣，電視看不了，登記時候又不說，浪費我時間一直弄，後來我才發現有張貼這張東西，難道張貼了就當通知客人嗎？也不知道攜程怎樣會評定這種酒店是3星，攜程的監管有問題，審核評定粗心大意！非常差的體諒！無妄之災！

這次入住體驗太棒了！酒店地理位置絕佳，交通便利，周邊美食購物一應俱全。房間乾淨整潔，佈置温馨，床品柔軟舒適，一覺睡到天亮。前台服務熱情周到，酒店客房大姐禮貌有佳，有求必應，早餐種類豐富，味道也超讚，強烈推薦！

原本是朋友訂的，我住着不錯，又續訂了一晚。不得不説，它家的床墊和枕頭好舒服啊，連住2天，原本僵硬的脖子都活絡了。還有它家的洗髮水等，用着也不錯，味道我也喜歡。入住還會送水果零食，樓下大堂有漱口水，棉簽等小東西。雖然這次我沒享受到，看介紹它家有接站服務（提前1天預訂，從汕尾站接到酒店）。不得不感歎，在海豐有這樣的服務，實在值得推薦。
