Reception was neither rude or pleasant. Rooms are linked by doors so could clearly hear other guests. Staying here previously I think we were given one of the worst rooms.

This is our third stay. We have previously had the Queen rooms. This room (22) had a very rough surface across the pool yard to drag our wheeled cases. The bd was a little firm but otherwise the room was ok.

Aircon filter was falling off and it was noisy, carpet has iron burns, toothpaste on ceiling, the grout in the bathroom was turning pink. Pool gate needs soft closing padding. But other than that it was a great room

the only problem no gel or hand sanitizer in the bathroom loved the microwave toaster dishes and glasses i the unit should be more like it

Quaint little rooms set back off the main road, but still close enough to everything. The heated pool and spa is fantastic, the warm 25 degree water made an autumn swim a must. Comfy beds, fridge, mini bar, tea/coffee facilities, microwave. Our 2nd time here and we'll be back again.

Well located and was very convenient. Parking easy with sufficient parks located within easy walking distance.
Late check-in was awesome and made it very simple.
Bathroom dated and needed a little bit of repair, and bed was on the harder side (not my preference).
But overall suited my needs

Our stay was lovely, the pool is heated so added plus. Everything in Hahndorf is within reasonable walking distance from the motel.
