Pergi dari hotel ke bandara terlalu mudah dengan shuttle

Bandara ini mudah dijangkau melalui layanan antar-jemput bandara. Saya check out lebih awal dan menuju pusat kota Amsterdam sebelum kembali ke bandara. Hotel ini dapat menyimpan tas saya jika saya menginginkannya dan membantu saya memilih cara untuk mencapai pusat kota.

Bus antar-jemput tersedia untuk semua 3 hotel ibis yang selalu penuh. Kamar rapi dan bersih. Staf restoran ramah dan baik. Usaha yang bagus untuk kunjungan bisnis singkat.

Hotel is good, facilities are ok. But Shuttle bus from airport need to wait too long.

First we found it confusing since there are 3 IBIS hotels very close to each other at Schipol, Ibis, Ibis Budget and Ibis Styles. The Ibis bus had no indication as to which hotel we had arrived at. Consequently we got off at the wrong hotel. Not a good start when you had 4 very large suitcases to manoevre. The staff were efficient and polite, but none of them looked happy in their work and rarely gave us a greeting or replied to our greeting when we saw them in the morning. The room was very small for a family room which was meant for 4 people. The bathroom was very poorly designed with no threshhold between the shower and bathroom floor, consequently the bathroom floor got wet after taking a shower. There were no shelves in the shower, nowhere to put your own bottles of stuff etc., There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room so we had to go downstairs each time to have a coffee ot tea. The dining room was cosy but small. There was no hotel information or tourist information in the rooms, si we could not call down for room service, which I suspect there wasn't any, anyway. All in all not what I would have expected from a 4-star hotel.
