Great hotel if you're planning on doing the Ha Giang Loop, we did it with road kings which was just a few minutes down the road. Everything was clean, they had a restaurant downstairs with nice food too.

So CLEAN! A bit of wear and tear from being an older building. But absolutely clean and very cute. The staff was available for questions and help and always cleaning: spraying off the porch, wiping down the shoe shelves, dusting the many plants and the rooms were spotless. I loved it and stayed an extra day.
