It’s a disaster from beginning to end no heating cold showers they where going to change the room opened in people sleeping Mickey Mouse hotel never again, deposit not refunded disgrace .
You call the reception they don’t answer .
Then they told me to put me in a hotel near by I went with the luggage after they told me the management they don’t want to pay for the other hotel three days non sleep . Never again night mare

It was awesome and great. I would definitely come back here again in the future. Breakfast was fine and delicious. The staff at the front desk in the morning was very friendly and warm.

The bed covers were for a queen bed however the room had a king bed. Surely housekeeping would have noticed the covers didn't cover the bed! There were 5 tissues in the dispenser. The window shade would not open. The bed frame hit the back of our legs when getting in or out of bed. The mattress needs to be replaced as there is a hump in the middle. This is the 5th Tru hotel we have stayed in & this location doesn't measure up to what we have come to expect from a Hilton property

This hotel was in a wonderful location. We were in walking distance to lots of good eateries, the aquarium and the river walk. The front staff that we encountered were always kind to us and helpful. We booked a double room and it was nothing spectacular about it. Clean but not spotless. It was comfortable enough to enjoy a weekend getaway as a family. I did notice there was some sort of pink stain in the tub and some shed hair…I just cleaned it out before we used it. The WiFi was good, so we were able to do homework and check emails. All in all, not a bad place to stay! The pool area was nice for the kiddos!

酒店比較老舊，尤其是通鋪地毯有潮味，覺得不乾淨。但它位置很好，停車場大，房間大，服務不錯，早餐也不錯，因為熟悉，我多次住這家。有一次住了旁邊的萬豪酒店，雖豪華但房間小，半夜還報了兩次火警，性價比太低，體驗太差。所以經常住這家。

Hotel at a good location for us. Comfortable bed. HVAC worked well and quietly. The breakfast was a little above average for this class of hotel. Although the room was basically clean, some issues with water damaged floors, mold around the shower, dirty exhaust fan were bothersome.
