TTamuService was great as usual by the receptionist and really appreciate the warmth and smile from Stefanny. The swimming pool is a heated one so I could swim in it even though it was a cold day. Loved the welcome drinks and the amenities (coffee machine, body lotion, body shower, hand soap, shampoo, thick and soft tissue paper). The beds and pillows are comfortable, there’s a usb charger at the table. It’s a really convenient place near Kennedy park. Note that no cotton pad or cotton buds, toothbrush, shower cap were provided but I am ok with that. Security was really nice too, was waiting for Uber at night by the street and he would walk out to wait with me just to be safe.

MMariaCFrom arriving at the hotel, my family and I felt super welcomed. The hotel is beautiful and smells delicious. You get a free voucher for a drink at the roof top bar and a lovely jasmine smelling towel. These are some small but really nice touches. We had Lyon as the welcoming staff at the lobby, he is not only handsome but also very helpful and kind haha. The hotel is REALLY well located near the malecón de miraflores, which is on the coastline. It is a nice place to jog in the morning or walk around. There are bars and restaurants nearby in a very lively street. The hotel roof top bar has music and Latin nights Thursday to Saturday night, and I think it is open for adults 5-11pm. Kids can go before 5pm and enjoy the rooftop infonity pool. It is small but it has a lovely view. The room we had was enough for 4 of us. We did not try breakfast but it looked nice. The gym could be improved with some small additions. There are no yoga mats, dumbbells or kettlebells but one multi-purpose machine, and also a walking and bicycle machines. Unfortunately I did not take too many pics, I am sharing the few ones I took. I would definitely stay there again.

TTimminsTotally shocked after 2 nights in this hotel. We checked in in evening and wanted to take a shower. But we didn’t have hot water in our room. After calling to reception service man came and told that we need to change room. Reception didn’t answer my calls. Next day after we came from sightseeing some things disappeared from our room (coffee, cookies and invitation to drinks). During check out nobody helped us to get into the car with our luggage. And we had only one slippers, one robe in our room. It’s 5 stars hotel! 😅

Kkaren.with.a.catNice bathroom and very spacious king room. Soundproofing is pretty good, barely hear much noise from outside. Bed is on the softer side but still had a good sleep.

TTamuPodría ser mejor si hubieran permitido que cenemos en el Restaurant pidiendo de la carta más la comida que habíamos traído de fuera. No lo permitieron y tuvimos que ir al piso 6. Después el desayuno buffet todo bien.
