Environment: Mabu Island is a large island. Many certified divers live on the island. There are more than a dozen hotels on the island. It is a 40-minute boat ride from the town. There are some primitive Bayao villagers on the left and right sides of the hotel. Hotel: There are townhouses and two towers, and the accommodation facilities are pretty good. Catering: The hotel provides three buffet meals a day, which is enough to fill you up. There are Bajau people selling seafood on the beach, and the hotel can process it. Summary: I went there before the Chinese New Year. The hotel price was around RMB 3,000 per night, which was considered average value for money at the time. There was a pick-up and drop-off service, but the disadvantage was that there was construction nearby that affected the experience.

This is the first time I have reviewed a hotel so seriously. I told everyone about the problems I encountered and prepared myself for the expected events in advance. Let me talk about the good things about the hotel first, and then complain about the bad things. Advantages: Ruijin Haifeng has a good location, with convenience stores and seafood restaurants downstairs. It is indeed the best hotel in Semporna. The hotel's infinity pool has a nice view, clean water, and a children's entertainment area. The rooms are of a suitable size and the view facing the sea is also nice. Minefields: 1. The hotel service attitude is good, but they just don't do anything. I asked for mineral water for three consecutive days, but no one brought it. No matter how much I told the front desk and the cleaning staff, it was useless. They just said: no one brought it. I had to buy it at the convenience store downstairs. 2. I checked into a twin room booked by the hotel, but the hotel changed it to a double room without my permission. After we found out, we communicated with a person in charge at the front desk and asked if we could get an extra quilt. The hotel said: pay more! (RM250 a day) I was speechless. It was the hotel's mistake and they asked me to pay for it. Moreover, the front desk knew that they had changed the room type without permission, but they just asked us to pay extra for the quilt (hotel policy). I asked the hotel to contact the manager, but they said he was off work and I didn't know how long it would take to get in touch with him. Ctrip subsequently intervened, but communication was fruitless. But Ctrip is still very helpful and provided us with a guaranteed plan, so we have to give it a thumbs up. At around 12 o'clock in the morning, when I went to the front desk to argue again, the guy who made the mistake and was processing the on-boarding procedures quietly gave me a quilt. Alas...this is the so-called 5-star service in the local area. 3. There are two strange designs in the room, see the attached pictures. The shower head in the shower room is estimated to be 1.3 meters high. Men basically have to half-squat or use one hand to take a shower. I don't know what the hotel was thinking when designing it. There is no plug for the hair dryer on the sink, so you have to move to the water-boiling area to blow dry your hair. This design is speechless. 4. Breakfast is very average, very average, very average. 5. There is no service in the infinity pool, so please bring your own towel when you go there. ok lah sbb dah biasa stay sini since tahun 2013 lagi . cuma sedih sbb banyak sangat downgrade tmpat ni. what i like most about this hotel, all staff are nice and helpful. makanan pun ok sdp n affordable price. cuma tu jala problem nya always forget to provide towels .toothpaste and toothbrush,and telephones in room also takdah nak call room service pun xboleh 😅.

Good location near the Seafest jetty. Decent hotel with decent sized rooms. Nice sunset view from the room window. However, the rooms are quite old and the air conditioner is not cold at all. Otherwise the shower water pressure is great. The breakfast buffet has limited options and the food is below average. The egg counter gives pre-cooked eggs instead of made-to-order

iron is not available in the room. need to ask the receptionist to send it to the room. I once called to ask for an iron, but I waited for almost an hour and it wasn't delivered until I went out to eat. that's okay. but what is not good is that when you are not in the room, housekeeping enters the room without asking. There was no ”please don't disturb” tag provided in the room I checked in. The next day, I told the receptionist not to clean my room. and you know what happened? when I go back to my room after doing things outside, my room has been tidied up! this already violates the tenant's privacy!

The water houses at Bang Bang Island Resort, also known as Longzhu Hotel, are super cost-effective, more than half the price, and super cost-effective. The water house rooms are very large, far from the coast, and there is no garbage. The service is also good, but the surrounding area is surrounded by barbed wire, and you can't walk around the island to other hotels. Facilities: Generally speaking, they are relatively old, but they are good enough, with sufficient water pressure and continuous power supply. Hygiene: The bedding in the water house is changed every two days, which feels pretty good. Environment: The hotel environment is nothing to say, the pure water house will be boring, and there is a beach here, which is very suitable for bringing children to play. The public facilities are all good, and the snorkeling area is next to the water house. Service: The service is quite enthusiastic, the restaurant price is reasonable, and the suitcases are sent to the room from the plane out of the airport. Round-trip airport transfer (reservation required in advance): Make an appointment through Ctrip, and someone will hold a sign when you leave the airport. The whole journey is combined by car and ship, which is super convenient. Return boat transfer service (reservation required in advance): Just wait in the room for the return trip, which is super convenient.

On honeymoon trip, my wife loves this place! Except that Ctrip personnel did not arrange honeymoon arrangements, everything else was perfect. The food is average, but acceptable. I just feel I haven't had enough. Haha

Semporna is a small town. The accommodation conditions in the town are generally average. There are many people and cars and it is very noisy, so we chose this holiday estate outside the town. The room is the same as the picture. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to and from the town in the morning and evening, so it is very convenient to travel. One day, the shuttle bus had a flat tire, and the customer service personally called a car to take us back to the hotel. The next day, the boss personally drove us to the town pier. The service was very satisfactory. The breakfast provided was very average, and it was no problem to eat full. The service staff knew a little Chinese, so there was no obstacle to communication. It was just that the estate was close to the road, and the sound of cars passing by was still unavoidable. Apart from that, the cost performance was still very high.

The employee response was very kind. Rooms are clean and perfect. The price is reasonable and the cost performance is very good.
