IIanAs normal excellent service. Such a friendly but professional attitude from all staff, with a great breakfast included in price. Rooms clean with all facilities you would want on a business trip. Still no restaurant for evening meal but they do offer pizza’s, and there is an excellent restaurant across road.

爱爱国FANSStayed at the hotel for one night, the hotel is located near the local Epsom train station, 3 minutes walk, very convenient. There is a supermarket near the train station to eat and drink! The room was a little small, the breakfast was good, the front desk staff was very friendly, but the toilet was not ventilated and had a strange smell! In addition, the hotel is not soundproof, and the people upstairs are very noisy!
Overall cost performance: higher!

PPenguinLadyExceptionally clean room, very spacious. Appreciated being on the first floor for safety (single female). Breakfast was reasonable and delivered to the room on time. The milk was off but when I informed the front seat it was replaced immediately. No shampoo etc but that’s becoming the norm, in my experience, in budget chain hotels. Good value for money.
My only complaint: pillows poor quality and lumpy. Otherwise great, and front desk staff were really good. Would stay again, for the right price.
