The location is fantastic too, as it’s really close to the ski resort, which was super convenient for me. Environment: The snow-view room we booked in the B&B is located halfway up the mountain, and there is a snow view outside the window. Facilities: The decoration is relatively new. Compared with the surrounding hotels, the ones that are more expensive may not necessarily be better. The ones that are better must be more expensive. Hygiene: The room is clean and odor-free, and the cleaning ladies are very polite when meeting people. Service: The housekeeper Daling was very good. She helped call for a car to pick up and drop off the surrounding area. If there were any questions, she responded promptly. She also helped order flowers and cakes at a relatively cheap price. The iron pot stew she introduced was also delicious, and there were no pitfalls.

The main reason I chose this hotel was for the hot springs and my own convenience. However, I discovered that the hot spring and resort are managed separately, which meant I had to return to the counter to return the key and complete other formalities before I could go back to my room after using the hot spring. The front desk staff were less friendly, and honestly, the worst I’ve encountered among all the hotels I stayed at during my trip. Their hospitality needs significant improvement. Additionally, Yabuli is very remote, and transportation is quite inconvenient. The hotel staff didn’t assist us in contacting any drivers. As locals, they could have at least had some contacts or suggestions for transportation, but instead, they dismissed us outright, stating that no transfers were provided.

During this ski trip to Yabuli, we stayed at the Snowy Mountain Residence. The B&B is located in the small town of Qingyun in Yabuli, next to Yabuli International Hot Spring, within walking distance. The rooms are warm and comfortable, and the layout of the B&B is suitable for family travel. The floor heating is very powerful, even if it is extremely cold outside at minus 30 degrees, the house is still warm like spring. The kitchen is fully equipped and convenient for us to cook our own food. The little butler service is warm and thoughtful, providing us with many useful travel suggestions.
