I booked a family room with good hygiene and facilities. However, the room was next to the public toilet on the floor, which made me feel very uncomfortable. The room faced the street and was very noisy in the morning! Although the breakfast does not have many varieties, it is still delicious.

Booked the hotel to spend night to transfer at Tuanfu airport. The location is great. The staff are very helpful, gave details on when and where to wait for shuttle. The driver helped out with suitcase and brought us breakfast the next day when we headed out for an early flight. The hotel has a big and beautiful garden. Room is clean and cozy. The only thing to complain is there is no elevator. There are many small steps/stairs to get to the room. It's pretty hard to carry suitcase. Other than that, it's a great choice to stay.

From the moment I entered the hotel, the staff greeted me with a smile, guided me enthusiastically, and provided professional and considerate service. The guest rooms are simple but stylish, and the cleanliness is amazing. The bedding is skin-friendly and extremely comfortable to lie on. The room has excellent sound insulation, which can isolate the outside noise. The bathroom facilities are complete, the shower water flows smoothly, and the water temperature is stable. The public areas of the hotel are also remarkable, and the rest area is quiet and pleasant. The breakfast is rich in variety and the nutrition is reasonable to meet the needs of different tastes. All Seasons Hotel integrates quality into every detail. Whether it is the environment creation or the service provision, it shows a high standard and is very cost-effective. I will still choose it next time I travel.

I booked the wrong hotel for the Renshou Marathon. I was so amused. I arrived here at night and went directly to the KTV to sing. I communicated with Mandy throughout the whole process. She was efficient and provided thoughtful service. Breakfast was available at 6:30, which was convenient for early risers. The amusement park was very popular with children. The hotel was clean and tidy.

We have booked a room in this hotel many times. Perfect for staying and hanging around with family. It is a huge property with impressive buildings and gardens. It also provides excellent venue for frequent travelers as it is located near the airport and hourly pick & drop service is available. The staff are very friendly and cooperative. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. All amenities are available within the complex including restaurants, cafes, gym, bar and swimming pool etc.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Every member of staff, from driver to front desk and restaurant were very kind and professional. The room was clean, full of modern and stylish amenities. I used the hotel only to spend the night between two flights as it is very conveniently close to the hotel and they offer free airport transfer in a very modern and comfortable car. If you need a comfortable room for a sleep between two flights, this is the prefect spot. However, if you want to visit Chengdu or go out of the hotel, this may not be the right for as the hotel is in the middle of the countryside with nothing nearby.

We chose the hotel because of the location and the pick up and drop off service, and we have to point out that our flight was canceled and we arrived at the airport at 2:00 am and promptly there was a component from the hotel to pick us up, the room is perfect , clean , we only have one comment to make , I believe the Hotel could have coffee available! ☕️😉

Before departure, customer service Luo Qiuxia called to contact the shuttle bus and hotel information, and followed up the service. The hotel is divided into different courtyards. If you remember the name of the courtyard, it is easy to find a taxi. The shuttle bus was super punctual. The next morning, I flew to Singapore. The airport bus stopped directly at the nearest gate of T1. Check-in and security check were completed in more than half an hour. Highly recommended
