Like Daemyung Condo, it is a good place for families to relax.
I liked that it was simple and didn't have a flashy or showy atmosphere. However, as I saw in other reviews, I also saw dust and hair in the corners of the bathroom.
Also, there was a hair dryer installed in the bathroom, but it was a bit difficult to use because the cord was so short.
I made a reservation at Haevichi through Trip.com.
The Kakao map and the building said Haemaru, so I went into Haemaru Hotel and inquired, and they said it was changed to Haemaru this month (May 2023).
All the bedding and facilities have Haevichi written on them.
I used it on Sunday and made a reservation in advance.
That evening, I looked at the desk on the first floor and saw that they were fully booked and were no longer accepting reservations. I think it's used a lot because the facilities are good for the price.
There are many motels and unmanned hotels nearby.

By the way, it is a hotel that I want to stay again next time I visit Gwangyang.

수수진I didn't think it was old or not clean as I entered the hotel, but I entered the room, but it was a bit unfortunate that there was a place that was not cleaned in the drawer, but it was okay for you to handle it quickly! If you care more about this part, it seems to be a hotel that can rest well :)
+ One night view is the best! Seaview is recommended!
