Some were checking rooms, others were cleaning. I greeted them, but the person checking rooms glanced at me and ignored me. So I went to the cleaning room and said, "Hello, I forgot my room key. Could you swipe it for me so I can get it?" I asked which room it was and waited outside, but no one came. I said "Hello" several times, but they pretended not to hear me. I spoke up to them, and they started giving me the runaround again. Don't they understand? I went to the restaurant to get a replacement card and then went back to breakfast. When they started clearing the room, I said there was no more breakfast. The staff member in white ignored me and continued clearing the room. Then the staff member in a suit said there was still porridge, and the two staff members in white continued clearing the room. I thought the staff could at least ask if we needed anything before clearing the room. Is that so difficult? At that moment, I just hoped the restaurant wouldn't go out of business! The electrical wire next to the toilet is right next to a shower; aren't they afraid of getting electrocuted? The elevator is so dirty—it's obvious it hasn't been cleaned in ages! Terrible service and an absolutely awful environment."
