Clean and well located . Gentle and responsive staff. Amenities seem old and dated ( position of shower knobs can’t be accessed unless you stand below shower) , had unfortunate incident of bathroom getting locked and unable to open and it was 2am typed . Staff did come and fix it within 5-7 minutes but was scary considering the hour.

Service and facilities are great. I really enjoy the food (they have recently changed the chef and food quality remains very very good). Every time I come back, I'm delighted with the staff reception and quality of service. They are the best

Room was fine. Breakfast is something that they can rewlly work on. The taste as well as the service. The spread was okayish. The food taste was not upto the mark. Everything had excess salt in it.

The stay was good. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Bathrooms with hot water all the time. Food was awesome with less spices and salt which is perfect for health. Breakfast buffet has healthy options like upma and idlis. There is a restrobar where you can dine late nights. Hotel staff are friendly. We would love to stay again with a such a good price that MakeMyTrip offers. Definitely recommend.👍

It was average. Our room ac was not working. After calling also there was no response. Firstly we were provided a room with 2 single bed but after complaining they change our room and provide us single king bed. But this way our time was wasted

check in was easy and quick room was very neat and clean food was delicious the staff are very nice and helpful overall a perfect stay 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Well in the complimentary dinner, we werw just asked verbally what we want to eat without handing over the menu. Also we ordered dessert which we forgot to have our ice cream. We remembered while we came back to our room. The fun fact is that neither the food serving staff called nor the hotel staff reminded. Also the morning breakfast was served from 7:30, we went to eat at 8:15 am yet the breakfast was not placed in the food stations. Only cold stuff and some breads, cakes were there. Didnt like it at all

The hotel is located in a prime location with easy access to road however when we checked in, we weren't given the room key. I had to talk sternly to get a key after the first attempt of talking politely didn't work. The room was booked for 3 person but the amenities inside were enough for 2 only. Plus the room had broken cabinets and bathroom faucets. We stayed for 1 night only. Already done
