The room we stayed was bit small for 3 persons. The double bed was also small for 2 persons. Booking was for 3 persons so they should provide 3 towels, 3 water bottles, 3 glasses etc but they provided only 2. After asking extra they provided extra towel and glass but refused for water bottle. Also they provide water bottles for first day only while we stayed there for 4 nights. It seems cheap if you pay for 4 nights and they refuse to give water bottles of Rs 10x 3. What if a guest books daily and do daily chekin instead of booking for 4 days?

Excellent service by the entire team. I had checked in early and was informed about the extra convenience charge with which i was okay. I had work throughout the day so i hardly stayed for even 4 hours. So it was a warm gesture at the time of checkout when they didn’t charge a penny and understood the situation. The place is excellent. The room is nice, washrooms are clean. Great place for stay.

Nice stay at this guest house. Away from city, however they will provide very big room and bathroom. Each room has nice bengali name, which shows their test and culture. Need to improve the food quality. The price is little higher compare to any food app service.

Staff was too laid back. Food was average at best and was almost always served late. We had to almost miss our train due to 1. 5 hours lead time for breakfast.
