The hotel is average for the price you pay. Make my trip price is hiked and then discounted. It came out to be 10% more expensive that if we would have booked directly. The food prices in the hotel were insanely expensive - like 5* prices. Check-in 2pm and check-out 11am. Despite requesting 2 rooms were not given within 2pm when the rooms were not occupied ( we know this as we were on the same floor. If you make a special request, they will tell you about their policy. Very 'no to everything' hotel. Don't go to the hotel with family. Don't book this hotel from make my trip.

Top manager is cheap, never runs out of excuses. He is incapable of managing effectively. Runs away from guests and pries on them. Workers are good but manager is skill-less and guest averse. Cockroaches sighted on the property. Terrible carpet. Air is stale. Noise pollution. Workers work hard but top management does not want to give guests their money worth. Manager sharma does not allow middle management to make any decisions and is absent and does not resolve anything. Poor location.

We are a group of 12 people who stayed at hotel mayflower. Location of property is excellent well behaved staff with neat and clean rooms. Our stay were comfortable.

Rooms are excellent, neat and clean and the most important is bathroom is neat and clean. The foods preparation is very very professionally done, served and testly. All the staffs including reception to room boys found very very active and professional. And the support from make my trip is very helpful and excellent, they helped me to partially cancel my one day stay and rest one day i could stay the refund i got immediately. That's wonderful.

This is old property and no cleanliness at all and smells a lot . Not suitable for family with kids . Location is very mass location . The bathrooms smells a lot . The corridors are smelled with there fresherner smells which is like very odd . Don’t go with there fancy photos on Google .

Amazing stay with amazing hospitality. Staff was very friendly and rooms were clean. They even prepared breakfast for us when we left at 6 in the morning.

Rooms were good but due to no ventilation there was a smell all the time. Also the food apart from breakfast was tasteless and way too expensive.

Pathetic hotel. The staffs and management is not at all supportive and doesn’t answer or address any concerns. The cleanliness of the room is terrible. Additionally i asked for 1 hour extension of checkout time and they denied and mentioned that it would be chargeable as half day tariff.
