Very peaceful hotel,the people were very friendly and it made us feel comfortable.There food was amazing and the room were clean and comfortable.definitely would recommend to someone and very affordable and I can’t wait to visit again here

Booked a room for family for 1 night stay in this hotel on 06/21/24. The only good thing I can say about the entire visit is that the hotel is located in the heart of the city with easy access to highway and major hubs. The room (Number 111) provided had a slow working central air conditioning, no views (the only window peeked out to a blank wall), the wooden flooring was uneven, we were not provided with a room key at the time of check in as there was no one available to code the electronic keys (system issues and staff shortage at 5 PM) and the less said about the service after checkin, the better. Deplorable behaviour from the reception hotel member - Ms. Saloni, which then lead to a discussion with Ms. Sangeeta (Manager), all to escalate a non-issue out of proportions. The hotel also seems to have asinine policies that are not third party booking websites friendly. If you plan to book regardless, might be better to book on call (though you have a 1 in 3 chance of actually connecting with a person using the number added online). Overall, would not recommend this hotel to decent travellers.

It was really nice staying. Staff is also nice and clean. Food is as good as like home. Safety is prior. Rooms are also good. Near to metro station and highway so commuting is as easy like walking distance.
