Very bad service, asking for things ten ten times then they give, power cut, tv and wifi is not working properly, washroom is not clean, i told them to clean washroom around 1 pm they clean it around 5 pm after several calls

Had a very comfortable stay from checkin till checkout. The room was very neat and proper. Everything was in place. Food was good. Staff behaviour was very polite, professional and responsible. I usually stay at 5 star hotel like itc welcom hotel, lemon tree hotel etc, but i would recommend this one as i stayed here and found it equivalent to a 5 star hotel at a cheaper price. The manager was a very good person and a very helpful one too. This is the only hotel that i found to give a 5 star feel.
