Nice and clean with hot water and comfy bed comforter. The staff polite and the breakfast was hot and good the waffle maker was awesome. We will stay there again if we go to Gunnison.

Nice place to stay! Nothing fancy, it’s quiet, well kept, you can park right outside your door, and it’s close to the recreational activities we enjoy. I would stay here again.

It was quiet. Parking spaces are huge. For an older hotel, it didn’t feel run down and had no funky odors. The staff were so nice!! Hot Breakfast every morning. Saw one member of the staff wipe everything down (counters, door handles) during breakfast. And the coffee is good, they grind it right there!

Great affordable option. Beds/sheets very comfortable which is typically not the case in more affordable options. This is an older motel style site but it is tidy and clean. Staff was very friendly. Hot breakfast included. Easy drive to CB in the morning to ski.
