Checked in at the Baia Bodrum Hotel on May 02/22 which is considered pre-season in the region.Registration was easy. the restaurant food was very good and staff -especially restaurant staff- was great.
On the second day, my wife had an accident and needed first aid treatment but they said that even there is a medical in the hotel, “the medical service has not started yet because the season has just started.”
Besides of many good points, another negative points are the disturbing smell coming from the toilets especially in windy weathers.
Also during our stay -probably because of the pre-season- we couldn’t have any entertainment and activities unfortunately.
In a nutshell, location is perfect , hotel is good but the points listed above needs to be improved.

I came here with my girlfriend. We both had a wondeful week here. Out room was very beautifully and lovely decoratet for my girlfriend's birthday. All the staff were so friendly and warm. Overally I highly recommend this hotel to u for a wonderful experience in Bodrum❤️❤️

I chose the beautiful place for a week family vacation with my wife. Less than half an hour after arriving from the airport, we were given the very nice room we had chosen.Everything was excellent, the reception and all the staff were respectful.We met very good friends in entertainment, who are very kind and friendly.EFE He was one of our very good friends in the entertainment part of this trip. And in the other part of this good trip, the spa and massage part of my good friend Engin.I didn't have a good massage experience many times in my previous trips in Türkiye, but this time I had a very good experience. The music department in this hotel belongs to 60 years ago. I have a serious advice for you to definitely ask DJs and entertainers to play happier and better music for you. Finally, thanks to the management of this hotel and all the friends who worked hard to have a peaceful week.I do not recommend this hotel for those who have children and are looking for water activities because it does not have a water park for adults.

Hotel is the best place to be solo. Excellent food, support and managers. Beach is very nice, clean water without trash. Great music in the hotel. Hotel is always clean and quiet. Ali is master of Turkish food, he make excellent food and he is always happy. Engin very nice person always smiled and like to joking. Always try help another people with find something :D

Pool area was very lovely, great music, there was a small Starbucks in the hotel. Activities happen throughout the day planned by the entertainment team which are very enjoyable they try their hardest, they also plan activities for the evening and they’re well managed. The only downside is the restaurant downstairs la carte wasn’t quite enjoyable and the bar by the pool doesn’t make nice drinks.

We were advised by both travel agents and websites to book... what a mistake! The dance music throughout the complex was overwhelming ALL of the time. Despite complaining to the animation team and Management on a number of occasions, we were eventually told that the music was not offensive and was not ruining our honeymoon! The food was dreadul and samey throughout the 2 week stay and the staff were generally unhelpful. We subsequently wrote to Thompson 3 times to be eventuallhy told not to write ourselves again - only through a third party! Utterly dreadful!

We arrived at the Baia with high hopes but were soon dissapointed. Dirty Room, poor food, tummy upsets,staff smoking in food prep areas and no entertainment or kids club (last week of the season !). To top it all you had to literally hang on to your chair as the staff packed up around you !

I can't sit by while people give rave reviews for this hotel when it was absolutely horrible. Totally overpriced, tiny, smoke smelling rooms (we checked out two before we broke down and took one) mosquito haven (i had no less than 17 bited the next morning), no internet in room. for work, i had to use the internet and was consigned to a dingy room with ageing computers which was about 3000 degrees celcius. I have traveled in many parts of the world, but this was probably the worst hotel, with so many stars, i have ever stayed in. i joined tripadvisor just so i could warn people about this terrible terrible hotel. totally gross.

Hotel is great! Food is very delicious! Animation is the best I have seen! Night program are amazing and fun! The sea is nearby, clear and warm. Service is nice too. Rooms are clear. You could find all you need at any time during the day. Recommend it a lot!
