In the middle of a 2 week stay here and can honestly say its a fantastic hotel, been really accomdating for myself, my wife and our 18 month old daughter. The pictures don’t do it justice - I would actually advise the hotel to stick new photos on Jet2 of this hotel. Case in point being I thought the gym was just a couple of treadmills due to the pictures but its 10x the size the images suggest.. has free weights, a track, sled, hex bars, smith machine, etc! Likewise the kids pool, playground and kids club are brilliant facilities that aren’t shown their worth in the images. From an adult perspective.. pool, bars, staff, food, beach area, all inclusive starbucks etc all amazing. Only complaints would be self service coffee machines at breakfast would help and soft close hotel room doors!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars – We’ll Definitely Be Back! We absolutely loved our stay at this resort! Everything was perfect from start to finish. One of the highlights for us was having a Starbucks right on the resort—such a treat to grab our favorite coffee without even leaving the property. The snack bar was also fantastic, with a great selection and super convenient when you just want something quick and tasty. All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. A special thank you to Nursulu, who went above and beyond to make our stay even more special. Her kindness and attention to detail really stood out. We’re giving this resort a full 5 stars and can say without a doubt that we’ll definitely be coming back!

We had an amazing time at this hotel and loved the entertainment team. Big shout out to Mete, Zhanelya and Nur who were amazing and made our time here great!!!! ❤️ We loved the pool games, darts and boccia. The food was amazing, we loved the buffet, lunch and the a la carte restaurants were lovely too! We loved the Starbucks and snacks too. The staff were fabulous especially the bar and spa staff. The photographer was amazing too and so friendly! Room was so spacious and clean. The bed was super comfy! We loved our stay! George & Chloe

This hotel is situated in a very nice position with excellent views of the surrounding area it's kept very clean and is very quite , And is all inclusive which is we're it all goes wrong with poor food night after night ( boiled chicken and boiled veal ) on the menu Afternoon and evening ,with not a lot of choice roast lamb one night was so fatty we couldn't eat it there is a lot of choice but none of it very appealing they also ran out of roast chicken one night at 8pm so we had a cheese sandwich !!! The drink isn't much better ' one beer on tap EFES which you get in a small glass no decent spirits for 2nites we paid for 4glassess of Jack Daniels and coke till we relised it was £13 a glass ' There are a lot of stairs at the hotel so from the pool you go down 2flights of stairs get in a lift go down 3floors and then 3more flights of stairs to reach the sea and snack bar and the children's pool which is very good . We took the bus to bodrum which is excellent so many shops and bars also weather excellent . Also not a lot to do in the evening unless u want to watch the show in the amphitheatre which has no bar !!! Boring !!!

Firstly let me say that we came to this hotel in 2016 and rated it 5*. Would have been higher if trip advisor allowed that. So we booked to come for our only week away in 2019 so chose somewhere we loved. What a bad decision that appears to be. We arrived on Monday to a disgustingly filthy room. Contacted reception straight away and, to be fair, they sent someone immediately. The surfaces were sticky, there was what looked like nail varnish stains, ground in grime as well as dirty curtains and torn sheets. But apparently this is good enough for the hotel to put TUI customers in. The people who came did not speak to us once. The bellboy picked up the bags and told us we were moving. Thankfully the new room was clean Then onto dinner. Previously the food had been outstanding. Yesterday it was cold. Every hot dish was stone cold. It looks like they dished food up at 7pm and that was it. No hot plates keeping it warm and the chips were so cold they could have come straight from the freezer and missed the fryer totally.

I have been sold this hotel by ets turkish tour company on an early reservation when a same segment hotel was £750 baia was £1500 advertasing themselves ultra high class hotel, when we first arrived the dissappointment started as we walken in to our designated room as it was the worst and dirtiest room i ve ever put in a 5star hotel however i have paid for a sea view room,i was givem a room looking at the fields of baia,firet problem sorted and we have been moved to a better room with a sea view and this time the room was disgusting,dirty bathroom,stained phones and furniture,balcony was not cleaned at least a century as the armrests on the chairs was as sticky as a jam, we got help with that as well after arguements and they have "put us into a better room" but this time although we were promised for a additional bed in the room which end up being all rusty, ill cut the long story short as this hotel is not even worth to spend time as it would be a waste but i hope i could help someone else not to fall i to the same mistake and end up with a rip off, Dirty dirty dirty Dirty hair driers Dirty and all torn towels Dirty phones All old furniture and full of dust and staines. Bathroom shower broken giving hot and cold water by 2sec Turns in the shower head Rusted beds Short of staff Do not go there till they straightened themselves The only positive side of this hotel is personal is very helpful and smily but they can only do much with a bad and neglected management.

the hotel is in a lovely location. not too far from the town and also right on the beach. lovely clear water. bars right next to the beach location which makes it easy to get a drink when you want. also the coffee station is a big bonus as the ice lattes are lovely. the pool is lovely and clean. the restraunts have a lovwly selection of food and welcoming staff who love to make sure you have a good experience

Amazing view of the Mediterranean from all corners of the hotel and a magnificnet view of the sea from our room. The night view after dark is something to cherish forever. The sand part of the beach was very small and the jetty / pier was not the best for children but the fantastic pool more than made up for it. The hotel also had a small aqua park for children. The food was good, so were cocktails. Starbucks coffee and loads of ice cream were among the other offerings. The staff had a smile which made the experience better. Overall a 4.5* for me.
