Allonville Gardens Motel

It’s perfect and everything was fine, best place near to everything. We spent two weeks over there . We was over there for work purpose and I will recommend to anyone

I have stayed at this motel previously and was very satisfied then, but I was very disappointed this time. There was no hairdryer; no electric blanket or extra blanket; nowhere to hang clothing; the bed light was not working; the airconditioner did not work; the room, in general, was very dilapidated and damaged in places. The refrigerator was badly rusted on the outside bottom of the door. There was no cleaning or coffee replacement the room was not touched from when I entered on Friday until I left on Sunday morning. I would have preferred to have mentioned this to whoever was in charge before I left as there may have been a reason for no service etc, but as I left at 8 am there was no-one around I have often suggested this Motel to friends due to the fact it is handy to the Wagga Wagga Airport and the Air Force Base at Forest Hill, so this has disappointed me greatly.

Excellent facilities compared to some of the other recent reviews, great room with all mod cons. Left something in the room and travelled to another state, the manager Vanessa was great she posted it back to me at no charge, fantastic service, would stay here again for sure.

Stayed 3 nights the room was not cleaned in the time we stayed there no fresh towels and the manager/cleaner spoke to me rudely. To be honest we should have pitched a tent it would have been cleaner will not stay there ever again. And the rooms in the photos look nothing like what is there been photo shopped.
