very clean room with comfortable beds, everyone that works at this hotel doesn’t stop, they try hard to make everyone happy . The food is good and there’s a lot of variety and there is different foods everyday, the turkish theme night was amazing and seeing the culture was great with everybody getting involved. The celebration of birthdays here is great the staff make sure you have a good night on your birthday and one to remember. David is one of the men that work here, he is genuine and makes sure that you are happy and is always chatty all throughout the day

A little gem! Freshened for this new season: rooms painted and new mattresses; tremendous effort by all. Staff pleasant and friendly, eager to help and please. Meals good, a mixture of European and Turkish food. Drinks: alcoholic, soft and tea/coffee plentiful with little restrictions. Beach/sunlounger towels needed or supplied for a fee. Easy walking distance to the beach (it is a bit littered unfortunately). A safe is also available for a fee. Close to the centre with the usual variety of shops. There is a shuttle bus to their own beach at Bitez however food and drinks are not included there. The only concern we had was, if the weather is poor (rain etc), where do you go? The reception area appears to be the only place or your room.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience at this hotel where another guest was given a key to our room! At 1:30 in the morning a man entered our room and as female travellers having a random man in your room is extremely scary. It turned out he was locked out of his room next door went to request another key and gave the wrong room number. Although accidents happen the hotel should be completing checks on their systems before providing a key card to avoid this as ultimately anyone could just walk up and ask for another rooms card. When we rang reception about this at the time they were very unbothered about it saying it is ‘all ok’, it simply is not ok for another guest to be given a card to someone elses room. They used the excuse that the hotel only reopened for the season this week but again i think it is inexcusable. Had this not occurred on our last night and earlier in our stay i would have been contacting our holiday provider to be moved to a different hotel for our safety and security.

We had an amazing experience in the shark club hotel and the virtual of the food was awesome. The room was big , clean and tidy. Also the staff was really friendly and helpful especially Devrim who was very supportive and helpful to us. The foo was really nice and fresh

I had an excellent experience during my stay, and a big part of that was thanks to Devrim he was professional, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. Whether it was helping with check-in, providing local recommendations, or ensuring my room was perfect, his attention to detail and warm attitude really stood out. It's rare to encounter such genuine hospitality, and it made my stay memorable. Thank you for your outstanding service! Big shout out to Devrim once again!!!!!!

Well after arriving late looking forward to next day start our holiday got off good start hotel clean staff fantastic drinks average food very poor am not a picky eater there's always something to eat but it's the same something food cold no variety 4 dishes that's it would I come back not if you payed me to come claims to be 4 star above average 2 possibly 3 can't see how they cope in full season restaurant is tiny it's more for couples and older kids no children but has room to improve but I really don't think it will so for me 1 time visit only but the cakes were nice don't think I will ever come back to gumbet it's a dirty place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at. Club Shark. The rooms we very comfortable especially the bed. Bathroom had a double walk in shower with two heads. One hand held and big overhead rainfall shower head. Always plenty of hot water. Towels and bedding changed every day and room spotlessly clean. The food was excellent plenty of variety with extra cooking on bbq outside. Staff were amazing couldn’t do enough for you. Bar area is great with plenty of seating to enjoy the evening. Could walk to Gumbet beach although it’s downhill going but then big walk uphill back. Very nice though with plenty of bars/restaurants. Lots of shops selling all sorts. Would definitely go back again.

The room was basic but great for a base. It had a big balcony that looked on to the swimming pool. It was very hot I wouldn’t go back in July….far too hot. It had air con in the bedroom but nowhere else. The bar is outside. The food was lovely specially the bbq and kebabs. The staff were all friendly. We loved the belly dancers. The girl was fantastic.

We have loved every minute of our holiday at Club Shark, Sabit is the loveliest soul I’ve ever met, I had a fear of being thrown about at Turkish Bath, but I was so wrong..Our experience was amazing x The bar and waiting staff were so attentive and couldn’t do enough for you x I have never felt so sad leaving a hotel ever, and I am being truthful and was made to feel part of the family from day one, met so many amazing people and have made life long friends x I cannot express enough how hard everyone works at the hotel, and the care they give is second to none. Till next year, we’ll be counting down the days ❤️❤️❤️ I wish I could stay forever…..
