Mitarbeiter von hotel waren sehr unfreundlich wir haben fast 2std wegen check in gewartet die Dame von Empfang war unfreundlich Zimmer wurde angeblich geputzt aber bei Bettwäsche waren blutflecken WC war schmutzig leider müssten wir 2 Tage bleiben da wir kein andere hotel gefunden haben aber nie wieder und wir haben Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht aber haben kein meer gesehen die haben nicht mal eine eigene Strand end weder muss mann mit service da hin fahren oder zu Fuß es dauert mehr als 20 min also schrott

The only advantage of this hotel is its location. It's generally dirty and neglected. The food is very poor, the apartments look as if they have never been cleaned. Hotel max 2 stars

Do not book hotel. Many people were poorly from the the poor quality and variety of food. Room wasn't cleaned after 5 days even though asked regularly for new towel and toilet rolls. Had to clean bins ourselves. Male staff on reception was very rude when asked for the 3rd time for fresh towels and raised hand to shut up females of family. Very disappointed. Don't believe the rating and description of hotel. Your spend more getting food out. Plus pool is too small for size of hotel and guests. Gets taken over by loud Turkish locals. Not good for young children. Paid to use over hotels pools.

Honest review after months of reading negative reviews about this hotel and dreading booking here I can honestly say it’s not that bad don’t get me wrong the place does need a cash injection to modernise the facilities but it really didn’t bother us the staff were friendly not very good English speaking but we used google translate and we were fine the food wasn’t plentiful but was very tasty and the all inclusive bar wasn’t a lot to choose from but was adequate the pool is perfect for the hot weather but does get very busy throughout the day People need to realise of your paying next to nothing to stay here don’t expect the ritz cause hotel is for from this but may pleasantly surprise you

We stayed in this hotel from 7th til 14th June 2025. I would not give this hotel any stars as this hotel is not fit for purpose. Firstly the rooms are too far away from anywhere with the amount of stairs you have to climb before you even get into the room. 1 lift from reception to he pool area which isnt ideal. The rooms are dated and needing an upgrade. No towel or bed change all week, not even a win was emptied. Had to ask for towels and room to be cleaned twice before they even came near to the room which was too late as I was checking out. The all inclusive food and drink mostly catered for Turkish / Russians, it was awful. Sun lounger mats could have been cleaned they were absolutely disgusting. One of the days we could not get access to the room with the card and my friend had to go to reception 5 times before the card was working. What kind of customer service is that supposed to be? If I were you, check the reviews before you go and if you like bottom class then this is the place for you.

On arrival, not good. Our room was on the top floor, dirty and smelling of damp, patio door broken, pillows yellow stains all over so complained & second room wasnt any better. Eventually we were given a ground floor family room, it was OK & was cleaned every day The food was awful, seem to only cater for Russians as it's owned by Russians Everything was cold & the only meat was chicken. Don't even have a toaster. No kettle in rooms. There was a hot drinks machine by the bar, but it's turned off at night and only switched back on at 7am The bar ran out of drinks a couple of times. We asked about the beach, which was advertised in the facilities but reception didn't know where it was & sent us up a hill, we eventually walked the full length of the beach & found the hotel name at the far end, no sunbeds & parasols were just being put up. The only good thing to say is the bar /restaurant staff were absolutely lovely . PLEASE PLEASE Take note of all the negative reviews, it's only the Russians who are somehow putting positive reviews. . This so called hotel is most definitely NOT A 4 STAR. It isn't even a 2 star. We can't believe that Tui actually take clients here.

We came from australia for a 3 night 4 day holiday and we chose this hotel but the situation was disappointing It is our 2nd day at the hotel and I am writing this review from the hotel but the problems in the hotel have not ended since the day we arrived the biggest problem is that the rooms are very old and smell bad and fall apart there is a constant smell the bathroom is constantly broken and there are constant water cuts the shower heads are constantly covered in lime and constantly fall off the air conditioner makes a lot of noise and the television is full of ants It is obvious that the staff is uneducated the food is very bad there are always products like chicken If you want entertainment it is a complete disappointment like a nursing home
