Fluorescence Hotel and Restaurant

The hospitality is great from the staff. Especially Arif and other guys did a great job in providing us whatever we needed. Looking forward to visit next year as well. I've attached the view from the room.

I have visited the place in December amidst snow all over the place. The hotel is at the best location if one wants a view of the snow and trees. The room was clean with all the amenities like room heater, electric kettle, hot water. The hospitality of the hotel staff was at par. Last but not least the food, food is very tasty and I will definitely recommend hotel fluorescence for the stays.

I stayed in the hotel on 25/26th February 2022 with my friend. Reaching the hotel amidst snow was little difficult, but somehow we managed. Rooms were too congested and non spacious rooms as compared to other hotels at the rates we paid. Heating system wasn't working well but we were given a blower heater and an electric blanket to keep us warm. I didn't find any proper shelf for keeping my clothes n luggage in the room. The most terrible part was the highly unsatisfying and unmaintained bathroom which was useless, with broken handles, no hooks, mal functioning toilet jet, no hangers, wash basin was good for nothing and somewhat dirty too. I would like to draw the attention of hotel authority to look into. You can have the beautiful view of outside from your room. The staff overall were nice and cooperative too. Food quality was average, buffet had very very limited choices. Considering the amount that was charged, overall the hotel experience was below average.
