Ibis Styles Arcachon Gujan-Mestras

Stopped here for the second time on our way back from spain. Very new hotel, nice staff, modern clean bedrooms. Good breakfast options, a bit more than the usual Ibis. Also, out of the high season, good prices. The pool looked inviting, but the temperature was a little cold for us. A couple of restaurants within walking distance, recommended by the staff. Will stay again.

Excellent stay. Front of house staff were amazing and so friendly. Spoke excellent English and were very helpful. Would highly recommend. Water Park across the road. And also adventure centre next door. Ideal for kids.

I don't normal write reviews on here. I stay in hotels constantly - who has the time to review them all! I would only usually review a hotel if it was bad or if it was UNUSUALLY good. I was extremely impressed by this Ibis Styles and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. The staff are wonderful - so genuine, welcoming and helpful. It was the most professional hotel service I've experienced in ages and the reception staff should be commended. The room was clean and more than adequate for the price, and had some cute touches like the stylised headboard. A huge thank you, and see you again one day!

Nice new hotel with a spacious swimming pool and plenty of sun loungers. The hotel room was nice and well equipped and we slept well. Our car also had a nice parking space. The staff were very friendly. We would be happy to attend again next time. Thanks for the great vacation.

We are staying here for a full week on our month long holiday and we are so very pleased with this choice. First of all is the team at this hotel - simply fabulous, nothing is too much trouble and they have a great work ethic and sense of humour - we really like each and every one of them, the hotel Director is really great and has chosen the team so very well. Our two adjoining bedrooms were just what we wanted with more than enough space for my wife and myself - our adult daughter and our two tiny dogs. The bathrooms are great and also of a good size. The air conditioning is tremendous - thankyou! The beds were super comfortable and lighting very good. Rooms are well cleaned on a daily basis. Breakfast is really good and the staff are tremendous - a really good team and it has been a privilege to meet each one of them. The hotel lounge and dining area etc is simply lovely and somewhat beach like - really relaxing. Car parking is excellent on the flat outside and very secure. We truly could not have chosen a better hotel for this part of our trip and Arcachon is only 15 minutes away by car so no problem. If you want a clean modern comfortable very well run hotel in this area then do not hesitate. We will definitely be back and can’t thank the entire team enough for making our stay so enjoyable- thankyou. Finally the director is a Jaguar car lover so he also has excellent taste haha 😛

Bien excepté la propreté du balcon et : une des missions d'un directeur d'hôtel quel qu'il soit, est de faire le tour des chambres de temps en temps et de vérifier si tout est OK , ce qui n'est apparemment pas le cas ici. A améliorer les oreillers qui sont de piètre qualité, ainsi que la literie qui commence à fatiguer. Manque une chaise également dans la chambre. Concernant le petit déjeuner, viennoiseries rassies, certainement pas du jour, pas de jus d'orange frais, du synthétique ...Un peu cher pour le standing de ce type d'hôtel, même hors saison.
