Hotel dengan Kolam Renang di Guiyang

I chose Hyatt Regency Guiyang for my business trip this time. The overall environment of the hotel is very good, the room is very comfortable, the front desk staff (Xiao Hou) is very polite and courteous, the service is also very meticulous, it is a very good accommodation experience!

Room: Stayed on the 27th floor in one of the executive rooms and it definitely was not executive. Luxury was definitely lacking as most of the interior in the bathroom/shower bath area was old and in need of help. The closet was so dusty inside too. However the room itself was nice enough with a big enough bed and a good view of the city. Complimentary fruit was there on arrival but compared to other executive rooms in hotels it missed the personal touch. The executive lounge on the 30th floor was fine enough with cakes, salad and some hot dishes alongside fruit and beverages. Would be nice if they offered wine though. Staff: staff here are wonderful. Very attentive and cheerful. Cleaners, waiters, reception and everything in between- all lovely people. Breakfast. The breakfast buffet is the highlight. Absolutely delicious and such a wide variety of to choose. Western and Chinese dishes are available with plenty of fruit and bakery items too. Fantastic. Location: Easy enough to reach plenty of attractions and snack street is very close by. Overall a pleasant stay.

Our 5-day, 4-night trip to Guiyang, the first two nights were in the city, and the last two nights were Anantara micro-vacation. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that it was the usual architectural style of Anantara, very calm and classy, ​​but the price-performance ratio was the highest! Service: Great praise, called one day in advance to inquire about our arrival time, and then the hotel's private butler contacted me, (here I want to praise the butler DaliaY!!) The butler helped us arrange a super convenient room, which was very close to various places. The most important thing is!! We prepared a surprise for us, and the photos taken at the White House in Guiyang the day before were washed out and framed for us! I was particularly touched~ The welcome fruit and the red bean paste dessert in the evening were also great! Environment: We were in December and there was actually nothing fun, but we came to rest so we were very satisfied, and we also took travel photos. The hotel's follow-up photos were also very good, and finally selected more than a dozen photos Facilities: The hotel has various activities every day. We went to participate in foil painting and bonfire parties, which were all very good. The most satisfying thing is the hotel's spa. I had a full spa treatment and it was very comfortable. I fell into a deep sleep. Most importantly, I would like to thank our hotel butler DaliaY again~ She patiently answered our questions, solved various reservations, and handled our emergencies~ Thank you~ I will stay at Anantara again when I come to Guiyang next time~

Everything was great. The only issue was the room was hot. AC wasn't doing its job. Called front desk. They sent a tech to adjust AC and brought a portable fan. Was able to cool the room down to acceptable level but not as low as we liked. Great breakfast buffet. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants. Very friendly staff.

I booked the hotel by accident. The service was excellent. After booking, I communicated with the housekeeper by phone. When I opened the door, the welcome snacks tasted good and there were cute snacks. The mineral water was also placed by the bed. The slippers were also opened and placed by the bed. There was also a warm card. The breakfast was rich and the staff was also enthusiastic. I would like to thank Frank and his team and the hotel for their efforts in environmental protection.

I stayed at the New World Guiyang for my friends birthday, even though I live in Guiyang. I was not disappointed. When I arrived the staff was quite friendly and welcoming, best of all, there was someone there that spoke English, which I think is very important. The check-in process was seamless and easy to do. The staff explained everything well and the process went by smoothly. I got my room card and the concierge took my bag and showed me to my room. The room was clean and smelled fresh, the bed was well made and had a beautifully hand crafted welcome note that was a nice touch. I was also given flowers with a heartfelt note. I was so appreciative of this. The hotel had a gym, sauna, swimming pool and hot tub, which I took full advantage of. The spaces were clean, and I love when I walk into a space and its clean and welcoming. We had dinner in the Buffet Hall, there were a wide variety of foods that catered to all the guests alike. Breakfast the next day was also an experience to remember.\ Overall this hotel was a great stay for me, from the staff being so welcoming to the food being so delicious. Its inexpensive and I believe its worth the price. Thank you for a wonderful stay! 新世界贵阳辛苦了！

The staff were helpful with check-ins and extending stays. The general location is sort convenient to the lively areas of the city and in very close facility to the bars and night life. Taxis from here are a great price getting to tourist attractions.

We stayed at Renaissance Guiyang five night total, and we loved the facilities especially the swimming pool our kids had great time. Room service is amazing and breakfast had variety choices Chinese and western, it meets our tastes. It was a short walk to some local shops and restaurants, which included a metro station and it was very easy to get an e-car too. There was even a robot that delivered complimentary bottled water, which was nice. Just one down side, when we checked in at 6th of August, the receptionist seems not quite to know what she is doing, she had to call over colleagues to help with the check in process and refused to scan my marriot member card, which as a result I missed out on collecting three night's worth of reward points.

First of all, the location is very good. The back door of Building A where we live is only 5 minutes away from Lincheng West Road Subway Station. The transportation is convenient. Across the road is Melody Mall, which can solve the problem of eating; secondly, the constant temperature swimming pool on the third floor is relatively large, like this It was raining outside during this trip, and the water temperature was 29.8 degrees. It was very satisfying for the children to swim in it. Thirdly, the sound insulation of the windows in the room was quite good, so I could have a peaceful sleep. Fourthly, the service attitude of the staff was very good, and the children asked for a quilt at night. , will respond within five minutes, provide free fruit in the afternoon, and free milk and juice in the evening. If we want to talk about shortcomings, the bathroom in our family room this time has no window, the ventilation effect is not good, the water pressure for bathing is not enough, and the drainage floor is not sloped enough to cause water to flow back. If the shortcomings can be solved, it will be perfect.

Although dated .. still rather comfortable .  We were given high tea upon arriving . Great breakfast catering for both oriental  and western . Mr Ting  丁, serves and speaks  English at breakfast room … saving my husband ( 老外) from adding sour cream into his cereal !  One disappointment with the Cantonese restaurant . The roast platter was full of fatty meat . But the manager was very kind , upon complain and us not eating it , he took the price off the bill .  Will still recommend .
