My only request when checking in was quietness. The front desk arranged a suite far away. I thought I could have a good sleep, but it was almost 11:00 p.m. and the front desk arranged a new room opposite. The noise was like opening and closing the door, talking, and selling things. It was like being in my ear and making it hard to sleep. From 5 to 6 in the morning, the people upstairs were wearing outdoor shoes and walking back and forth in the room without stopping. I went to bed late and woke up early, and I was so sleepy. Is the soundproofing so bad? At least I asked the front desk to delay the check-out and I had a good sleep to recover. This stay was not a good experience. I am too lazy to post pictures. There is no enthusiasm. The pictures are just the appearance of a normal Four Seasons Hotel.
