位置優越，近火車站，800米可達。近二七路小吃街。公交不太方便。永輝超市和。環境設施齊全，自助入住，老闆温文爾雅，主動熱情，推己及人，性價比很高。推薦推薦。

離火車站不遠，隨便走走幾分鐘就到，大樓下面的物業安保也不錯。
老闆很愛衞生，鞋要脱在門口，以保持整體環境，早上很早就開始收拾打掃了。
美中不足是貴陽最近還是不涼快，晚上需要風扇才能入睡。
民宿附近老闆推薦的粉很好吃，本地人排隊的實惠的店
