Staying at Tengyun's homestay was an amazing experience, he is one of the friendliest and kindest hosts I've had the pleasure to stay with. The room was very comfortable with a soft bed, and his succulent garden and cat made the place feel very homey. One thing to note is that because it's a homestay, the bathroom is shared with the other guests.
A highlight of my trip was that he was kind enough to give me a tour of the city, and we drove to a nearby waterfall to go hiking and swimming.
For anyone that wants an authentic experience in Guizhou, I would highly recommend this homestay!

I stayed in this guesthouse for 2 nights, the hospitality from the owner Mr. Li was excellent and I had a happy stay.

A WONDERFUL stay at Dream Garden Guesthouse. We had to have a night in Guiyang after an unexpected cancelled train and we had a fun night. Our host was incredible helpful and friendly. The location was perfect near the Guiyang train station. The apartment is clean and tidy. Loved the succulent garden and a highlight would be seeing the moon (and saturn) through the telescope! What a special evening. (also the nearby snack street is awesome!) Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!

民宿位於貴陽火車站附近，步行僅需幾分鐘，交通便利，周邊有二七路小吃街、甲秀樓、青雲市集等景點，適合購物、美食和觀光。同時它也是位於居民樓內，安靜和諧，民宿內有許多綠植花園，露台還有很多可愛的多肉植物。房間乾淨整潔，床墊舒適，被褥衞
生，配備智能馬桶、洗衣機、廚具、冰箱等設施，滿足多樣化需求。家中還有一衹可愛的貓咪。主人熱情好客，不僅提供旅遊建議、還讓我們體驗了一把貴陽特色烙鍋，簡單但很合我胃口。臨行還送了多肉和吃的。非常感謝。唯一美中不足的是不適合長者家，共用廁所浴室還是有所不便，期待下次有機會再去能把這個問題改善。還有就是停車收費的態度需要改善。總而言之，是一次不一樣的體驗。

房子在三樓沒有電梯會比較麻煩，沒有找到一次性毛巾和一次性拖鞋😭
老闆服務態度很好，晚上還會問冷不冷，蠻貼心的
但是晚上離貴陽火車站太近了，會非常吵😢

房間乾淨，是在小區裏，睡覺時安靜，因為是三室成四完室一廳的房子，衞生間是共用的，配的用品齊全，有洗衣機，曬衣服方便，離二七路小吃街，甲秀樓較近，可以吃到貴州的好多小吃，如絲娃娃，花溪牛肉粉等等。老闆熱情好客，解答客人提出的問題。衞生間的加熱抽水馬桶很是好用，帶給使用者多種坐享其成的享受，如沖洗臀部🤭。
