I chose Hyatt Regency Guiyang for my business trip this time. The overall environment of the hotel is very good, the room is very comfortable, the front desk staff (Xiao Hou) is very polite and courteous, the service is also very meticulous, it is a very good accommodation experience!

Room: Stayed on the 27th floor in one of the executive rooms and it definitely was not executive. Luxury was definitely lacking as most of the interior in the bathroom/shower bath area was old and in need of help. The closet was so dusty inside too. However the room itself was nice enough with a big enough bed and a good view of the city. Complimentary fruit was there on arrival but compared to other executive rooms in hotels it missed the personal touch. The executive lounge on the 30th floor was fine enough with cakes, salad and some hot dishes alongside fruit and beverages. Would be nice if they offered wine though. Staff: staff here are wonderful. Very attentive and cheerful. Cleaners, waiters, reception and everything in between- all lovely people. Breakfast. The breakfast buffet is the highlight. Absolutely delicious and such a wide variety of to choose. Western and Chinese dishes are available with plenty of fruit and bakery items too. Fantastic. Location: Easy enough to reach plenty of attractions and snack street is very close by. Overall a pleasant stay.

The gym also has daily fruits and voss mineral water for self-service, and towels are provided. Room: There are smoking rooms and non-smoking rooms that can be selected according to needs. Bedding can also be selected according to your pillow habits, and bedtime desserts (estimated to be around 7 o'clock) and night bed service (estimated to be around 5:30) are provided every night. The toiletries in the room are Diptyque, and the fragrance and feel of use are very good. The room is soundproof and lightproof, and the stay experience is very good. The only thing to note may be that the room does not have smart control. The Mini Bar in the room is free and replenished daily, and fruits are delivered daily. Food: The dinner and afternoon tea products in the set meal are remarkable, and the moon-fall osmanthus wine in the bar is also delicious! The breakfast options are also very high.

Our 5-day, 4-night trip to Guiyang, the first two nights were in the city, and the last two nights were Anantara micro-vacation. Service: The service is thoughtful and meticulous, warm and sincere. Special praise for the two little beauties at the front desk, Yuyu and Shitou, who work conscientiously and responsibly! This hotel is simply MUST STAY in Guiyang. Staff over there are all super friendly and helpful. Especially duty manager Luke Lu welcomed us with fruits, cake and lovely hand written card. Thank you so much. Room has spectacular view and you can look over all Guiyang from bird eye view. I stayed on 51st floor suite room which allows full access to executive lounge on 53rd floor from 2 to 10pm. Its location is in the heart of city, so Jiaxiulu甲秀楼，shoppings and restaurants ste in walking distance. Even airport is just 15 minutes drive. Everything was great. The only issue was the room was hot. AC wasn't doing its job. Called front desk. They sent a tech to adjust AC and brought a portable fan. Was able to cool the room down to acceptable level but not as low as we liked. Great breakfast buffet. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants. Very friendly staff.
