I had a great time staying at this hotel! Everything feels brand new and super high-tech — they even provide an electric toothbrush, which was such a nice touch. You can control the aircon and TV with your voice, and the whole room setup feels smooth and modern. I booked a suite with a peaceful, green view. Some trees block part of the river, but I personally liked the added privacy and nature vibes. For my parents, I chose a 270-degree view room — it offers a much clearer view of the Li River. The room is slightly smaller than the suite, but the view is absolutely worth it. Before staying here, I actually stayed at a hotel near Elephant Trunk Hill (象鼻山). That area was super busy and noisy, especially during the holidays. Compared to that, this hotel is on the quieter side of the river and feels much more relaxing. There’s also a beautiful park right next to the hotel, which is great for morning or evening walks. The location is still convenient — you can walk to sightseeing spots easily. Plus, there are plenty of food options nearby, and delivery is super easy. What really made the stay memorable was the service. I’ve lived in China for three years, and this was honestly the best hotel service I’ve ever received. Everyone — from the front desk to the canteen to housekeeping — was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Only minor downside: parking is limited. If you’re driving during a holiday, you might have to look around for a spot. If you’re after comfort, smart tech, and warm, genuine hospitality — this is the place to stay!

This new hotel in Guilin is the next level! They understand young people very well. I don't want to check out at all! ◽️Good location! Right in the Vientiane City shopping district... 📍About 1km away from Guilin Station, it's only about 10 minutes' drive to the downtown scenic spots such as Elephant Trunk Hill and Sun and Moon Twin Towers 👭🏻Just a few steps to Taiping Street Food Street, it's so convenient to eat and drink at Citywalk! I highly recommend this rice noodle roll! Shop name Haitian Rice Noodle Roll 9¥ two pieces with meat! And free white porridge! ! Everyone hurry up and rush ◽️Full of design sense, new facilities, and complete equipment The room types are very complete, the newly opened facilities are very new, the room is intelligently controlled, the bedding 🛏️ is also very comfortable, and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas The experience 💯 is very suitable for staying with sisters when you come to Guilin for two or three days!

You can see the elephant trunk and two towers from the rooftop (saved us a trip), and it’s literally right next to the Sheraton but slightly cheaper price. The rooms are very clean and new. If your room faces the street, there will be open karaoke until 10pm, but they do all stop sharply at 10pm. It’s also a few minute walk from the main promenade, which makes it quite accessible to food and snacks.

Wonderful place to stay, excellent location with so many places to eat and shop but also only a few minutes to the scenic lake area. We recommend booking any tours or cruises with the lovely lady at the hotels tour desk, she was fantastic. Brilliant rooms and amenities for a reasonable price.

Excellent location. Walking distance to Shan Lake and the Elephant trunk Hill, shopping and eateries. The hotel has a tour agency representative to arrange for the Lijiang Cruise and the fame Cave with magnificent stalactites and stalagmites, with return to hotel. Breakfast is acceptable, commensurate with the price

We had the best stay at this hotel the staff is super helpful and patient, they helped me contact my internet company and solved the issue for me since I can’t speak Chinese. Amazing experience will definitely come back

Quiet and good location to the night market area. Easy check in. Close by a convenient store. Taxi can stop right in front of the hotel.

We stayed for one night only, the hotel is alright overall. The good thing is the room is clean and some of the rooms has good view. And I think they hotel has two sides you should be able to see either sunrise or sunset from your room. The location is right in the city center very close to the main attractions. Here are things that I didn’t like, the room design is a bit strange as they have strangely big bathroom, almost as big as the room. The flushing button on the toilet is a bit inconveniant. The building itself is very old though the hotel is newly renovated. I also didn’t like the air con design as it’s not good at cooling the room, the bed near the window feels quite hot compare to the bathroom and the other bed. Some of the galss are sound proof glass but some are not, so there is slight noise if you sleep near the window.
