Hotel dekat Reed Flute Cave, Guilin

It's OK. High cost performance. It is recommended to book a room for parents with children, with a good view. The breakfast is not good, there is nothing to eat, and some of the food is not given to you, which is very disappointing. Everything else is good. The view at the entrance is very beautiful

This hotel is especially interesting if you want to rest in a quiet and relaxing place with nice views. It is located on the outskirts of Guilin city, overlooking the mountains. To get to the tourist areas or scenic towns, you will have to take a taxi or a Didi, but it is not difficult. I suppose that if it is not July/August, you can walk to find a bike area or similar, but in summer the heat is too intense to walk twenty minutes… If you want to be in the center or move a lot into the city, perhaps this option is not for you. It is very nice to stay there and relax. You can bring fruit or food and use the kitchen. It is also possible to wash clothes there. We would have loved to have included breakfast and to be able to use the pool. It would have been really great, but it seems that some facilities are in disuse. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. Overall, this place has incredible potential, but it needs maintenance. The best: Tom, our adorable receptionist. He helped us with everything with the greatest patience and kindness in the world. He gave us bottles of water and some snacks for our excursions and got up at 6 a.m. to accompany us until the taxi arrived. Unbeatable. Thank you, Tom! You made a very significant difference in our experience.

Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by a young lady who spoke good English. Check in process wA quick and smooth. We had a room with a loft that held another bed. It was clean, comfortable. The view of the lake & hills was excellent! Loved that we had a balcony, which was actually a raised platform  where we could enjoy tea while admiring the beauty of the area.

Super good! ! The first day I came to Guilin became happy because of this B&B! The boss was a very nice guy. He recommended delicious rice noodles to us and even lent us an electric car. There is a natural fragrance as soon as you enter the B&B. The room is also very clean and the whole thing is very new. It costs 12 to 16 yuan to take a taxi to Liangjiang and Sihu. It is not too far. It is only 100 meters away from the scenic spot of the cave. It is great to go shopping. of. A very happy day! Thank you, boss brother~

Hotel located in a very quiet area near cave and surrounded by beautiful place to walk around. All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The receptionist recommended good place to visit and even provided a map. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a relaxing and quiet experience in Guilin.

It's perfect hotel for someone who's seeking ease and comfort. This stay was just the relax we needed in our 20 day trip through China. The room was always clean, everything we needed was there; had a beautiful view. Kudos to the designers and architects of this hotel! The staff were super nice and helpful, were always there for us. Our Chinese was not good, we're talked in English. They helped us to arrange trip to Longji and Yangshuo river. After a long day, our room felt like a home. Thank you so much 💛

This is the best B&B I have stayed in for a few days in Guilin. 😂😂 The room is very big and clean. The boss is very enthusiastic and will help us solve some problems. The location is not biased, and I found a careful point: the stairs. There will be automatic lights. Generally speaking, the store is very attentive in handling the B&B. Everyone should choose to stay! 🤩🤩🤩

The room is clean and hygienic, and the scenery around the hotel is beautiful. In the morning, my son rode a bicycle on the trail. After riding, he went to the proprietress’s other famous hotel, ”Qingshan Courtyard”, and drank milk tea. It was so comfortable. My son likes to say that he will stay here next time if he has a chance. , very cost-effective

The hotel is set at the most gorgeous location, views of the mountains, many restaurants nearby. The host (Siau Ming) was super hospitable - he helped us with our bags to the room, had fresh iced Osmanthus sour plum tea for us at arrival and when we were back, he even packed some crossaint/biscuits for us to go. Breakfast was either bread with passion fruit jam & butter or guilin noodles (so good), served with mango and coffee. He was very attentive to our needs. The rooms are as gorgeous as depicted in their pictures. 5 star quality with a homely Chinoiserie design. Laundry was free - we just had to put our laundry in the basket in the morning and it would be ready in the evening. Appreciated in the 38C weather. The stay at Secret Courtyard made Guilin an enjoyable and memorable experience.

This is my most value for money stay for a long time. I was given a free upgrade and the staff were really pleasant and helpful. The room was extremely spacious and heater warmed up the room well despite the single digit temperature. Had a morning breakfast buffet for 38rmb which is quite value for money for the choice of selection. Would totally recommend this to anyone. Also book a day trip to Longji Rice Terrace from their service desk for 200rmb which was also one of the cheapest I can find.
