Hotel Guilin Xiufeng District

The hotel in conveniently placed, the staff is quick and serviceminded, and the facilities are perfect. We had the Sunset Glow * Viewing Bathtub King Room, and it was absolutely gorgeous.

The hotel is beautiful and ideally located but what makes it outstanding is its exceptional customer service that truly goes above and beyond for its guests, making your stay a luxurious experience. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, while the on-site restaurant delivers a delightful dining experience. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions on foot, and the staff makes it easy to arrange transportation for destinations farther away. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its unparalleled service, easily among the best I’ve encountered as an avid traveler.

The staff, amenities and services were great in the hotel. Here are some highlights: 1. Helpful staff We got room upgrades upon check in. They also helped us book the LiRiver cruise plus the transportation to the cruise port. They also have delicious sweet soup delivered to our room at night. 2. Comfortable room and beds The room was equipped with a table and big chairs, and the bed and pillows were very comfy. 3. Stunning views We had dinner at the Cloud restaurant at the hotel. Even though the food at the dinner didn’t amaze us, the view from the restaurant was amazing. 4. Tasty breakfast There are a lot of selections at the breakfast buffet. We really like all the local specialties, i.e. RedBeanRiceCakes, TofuNoodles, GuilinRiceNoodles. We all feel it tasted a lot better than the dinner. Overall, we had a great experience at Li River hotel. I would rate it 5 out of 5 of every things.

Very nice hotel in perfect location and very good service from the staff. Breakfast was also very good. Their guilin rice noodle is very tasty. Location in between jinjiang palace and pedestrian street and elephant trunk hill, which make it ideal location in the middle of important attractions. Staff is very very helpful and very nice

Pro: Excellent location. We’ve paid for an executive room so room was clean and decent, there was some view overlooking people’s rooftop garden. Breakfast was ok. Con: Service was mediocre; and can be improved. Hotel front did not have ramp, it was difficult to carry big luggages going up the few steps. On our first day arriving at hotel, we had difficulty taking the big luggages going up steps. Front desk staff stood at their desk and looked at us without offering any help. Not good.

Spacious room, clean and modern. Quick check-in and friendly service. Located within walking distance from the pedestrian street as well as the other main sights in city center area. Balconies facing the riverside. River can be viewed from the rooftop terrace. Highly recommended.

hotel is conveniently located near the city area and it was a nice stopover before taking the river cruise to Yangshuo the next morning. would recommend to anyone who is looking for a quick night stay in Guilin!

Second time going to Guilin for a short vacation and ai chose this hotel again for the second time. Great location. Good facilities. Walkable distance to elephant trunk. The server provides excellent service. We were able to check in early (around 1PM). Warm greetings and very helpful. I can highly recommend this hotel for those travelling to Guilin.

I don't feel good. The guests before me finished their breakfast. The dishes were not added in time. It felt like all was gone. The elevator was under maintenance during the peak period of the Spring Festival. There was no notice whether there was hot water at 11 pm.

The hotel is strategically located in Xiufeng District, close to the railway station and surrounding attractions. The room environment is also very good. What is particularly outstanding is that the service attitude of the hotel staff is very good. The hotel's takeaway service is also very good. The use of robots to deliver takeaways not only isolates the contact of takeaway staff, but also allows guests to get takeaways without going downstairs. If you ask me if I will choose this hotel again next time if I have the opportunity, my answer is definitely and affirmatively
