Hotel Guilin Xiangshan District

Great hotel with private tub in the rooms, kids love 小杜 小杜 very much. Will definitely revisit if come to 桂林 again

Amazing view from room. Cool amenities including a high quality massage chair. The fried rice for breakfast was yummy. The bathtub was fantastic. Hotel staff was helpful. Only issue I had with the specific room I reserved was that the entrance to the twin pagoda park was on the street below and people were very loud. From as early as 6am to about 11pm there is bound to be some noise. Personally for me, the view from the room offset that issue.

Very central location. Walking distance to elephant trunk hill and pedestrian streets. The hotel staff is super helpful and they responded very quickly to our requests. They have a small indoor playground for children. The weather was cold, therefore we could not use the outdoor pool, but it looked appealing with its great view on the river and the city.

Fantastic stay, clean and very modern design. Love the design, have charger cable in room, free mini bar and shower room is huge and clean. Staffs very friendly and helpful. Will recommend this hotel to anyone who plan to visit Guilin.

My family checked in on Oct 24. We stayed for 3 nights. We were happy with our stay in this hotel and would recommend friends to stay in. We also had our rooms upgraded to larger units. Prior to that, we had a warm reception by Xiao Wan and he even personally helped to bring our luggage to our rooms. He also recommended places to eat and visit. There were welcome fruit and sweet snacks and even brewed desert of white fungus for each of us which we never had before on our trips.. The views from the restaurant on the 7th floor were fantastic. We wished we had stayed longer. We will definitely stay in this hotel when we visit Guilin again.

Convenient location. Good service, good food and drinks. Buffet-style breakfast. The dining floor has a balcony overlooking the city and the distant mountains. Affordable price for this location and quality. I recommend it.

Pros: Hotel with nice views, nice and friendly staffs. decent breakfast, vey comfy bathrobe Walking distance to many tourist spots Room is well equip Cons: I went to try the spa (aromatherapy package), was expecting a relaxing massage but I think the masseur lacks the skills. She use brute force and continously rub on the same spot over and over. I had red bruises all over my back. Had to keep reminding her to be more gentle, I had more aches instead of feeling relaxed.

A very well managed & maintained hotel, spotlessly clean from corridor carpet, elevator, bathroom faucets polish etc Front desk staff are all service minded, polite & eager to help. Bed is comfy provided with one soft & one harder pillow Free self service laundry & dryer + detergent at multiple floors comes in handy Long sighted spectacles (with various degree) even provided at Front desk for the convenient of guests use. 10 minutes walk to nearby Elephant Rock & Sun Moon lake Breakfast spread is a notch above most local hotels (not international brands) Definitely a high value for money hotel to stay. Do not expect a good view from your room though due to hotel is at city center surrounded by similar height buildings

We had a good stay in this hotel. The front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located to many attractions, train stations, and many eateries. We got a room upgrade. It is spacious and fully stocked with all the daily necessities. My husband and I really love their hot ginger drink provided to their customers in the lobby for free. It is really a nice gesture, especially in this cold winter time. Highly recommend this hotel to others.

Very friendly and helpful staff, we caused confusion trying to contact them and they were very patient with us! They helped us arrange a taxi to the boat the next day. The hotel is a short 15 minute walk along the river to the pagodas. Rooftop area also has a great view. Would highly recommend! Room was beautiful and really clean. Bed was firm, huge and very comfortable.
