Hotel Guilin Diecai District

This is a great hotel if you are interested in resting for a day in the middle of your trip. The location is good, 10 minutes away walking from a pedestrian street with plenty of establishments and restaurants. The hotel offers great views with included free activities, in which I took part of two: the Miao Ethnicity photoshoot session and the ******* bowl sound healing. It has a pool which unfortunately I couldn't try as I'm traveling in March, and is too cold, but I did enjoy the terrace views during both day and night. The butler service is quite attentive, answering quickly to our doubts and offered a plate of fresh fruit upon arrival. We didn't eat in the hotel, instead we preferred to order from outside, and a Keenon delivery robot makes sure to deliver the order directly to your room. The suite was spacious and clean, with a lovely decor. I really enjoyed staying here and highly recommend it for families and couples.

This is my most value for money stay for a long time. I was given a free upgrade and the staff were really pleasant and helpful. The room was extremely spacious and heater warmed up the room well despite the single digit temperature. Had a morning breakfast buffet for 38rmb which is quite value for money for the choice of selection. Would totally recommend this to anyone. Also book a day trip to Longji Rice Terrace from their service desk for 200rmb which was also one of the cheapest I can find.

The room is nice and big. The hotel provides everthing you need in terms of toiletries comb, shower cap, toothbrush and etc. The hotel also provides authentic Luo Han Guo tea which has health benefits include a soar throat. The swimming is closed in off season in March 2025. The temperature is 13-20 degrees and too cold for a swim anyway. The breakfasts is good there is freshly Mi feng, Congee, Baos, fried rice and noodles, coffee, soy milk and yogurt. The hotel is in a good location along the river and looks pretty in morning and evening walks. There are local eateries nearby about 5 mins walk straight once you cross the bridge and food is really cheap. It mainly caters for the local community hence low prices.

We were lucky to book this cost-effective B&B on our way back! The lady boss was super nice. When we checked in, we happened to see them having a barbecue. She warmly invited us to eat with her and even sent a delicious birthday cake to our room for the child. They proactively communicated with us and changed us to a quiet room with sufficient heating. They also introduced us to a restaurant that was delicious and affordable. They were very thoughtful! The bed in the room is very big, and the pillows seem to have been carefully selected, so I slept very comfortably at night. The hygiene is also quite good. Whether it is bed sheets, quilt covers or bath towels, you can see that they have been carefully cleaned and disinfected, so you can feel very safe staying here. This B&B that is run with such care deserves a big thumbs up from the proprietress. I will come again next time I have the chance!

The location of the hotel is very good. Opposite is the nucleic acid point. Nearby are Jingwang Wangfu, Dongxixiang and Pedestrian Street. The room with the private small swimming pool is amazing, and the two kids miss going back to the pool every day. The little brothers and sisters at the front desk are very helpful and help with luggage. The price is also fair, the cost performance is super high, I recommend it to friends.

Facilities: Overall, I am quite satisfied. The hotel facilities are relatively new. The shower water is sufficient, and the hot and cold water can be adjusted easily. The temperature changes quickly. The location of the hotel is great. It's right away from the Guilin North High-speed Railway Station. It doesn't even take five minutes to walk. I went to Yangshuo during my trip and it was so convenient to take the high-speed rail and save the cost of taking a taxi. There are also many shared electric vehicles nearby. It is very convenient whether you are going to nearby places or traveling by high-speed rail. There are many small restaurants downstairs, which is convenient for eating, and the rooms are also very clean. The best part of the experience is that the lady at the front desk upgraded us to a panoramic room for free, and the view is super nice! ! Although the trip had to end early due to weather conditions, I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Guilin😘

I rarely stay in B&Bs, but I accidentally chose this B&B with a high score of 4.8 on the Internet. It is located in a Feng Shui treasure land at the foot of Diecai Mountain. It turned out to be the former residence of Huang Xuchu, a general of the Kuomintang and the chairman of Guangxi Province during the Republic of China. After being restored by the attentive owner, it has the temperament of a mansion in the Republic of China. [Wangchai] The entrance is right at the ticket gate of Diecai Mountain. Turn left and go through the cave to get close to the Li River. It can be called a running and leisure destination. I accidentally ran another 10 kilometers and mistakenly entered the small island in the village to experience the simple life of fishermen. Several major scenic spots in Guilin are within a radius of 3 kilometers [Proud]

Behind is Elder Mountain, in front is Guihu Lake, belonging to the two rivers and four lakes scenic spot, the environment is beautiful, the scenery is very good. There is a shared yellow car at the Guihu Hotel, which is very convenient to travel. The young lady at the front desk introduced a lot of local delicious food and the service was very good. Affordable. The room was very clean. The place to eat around is not far away, it is more convenient.

Recommended by a friend, it is really a super cost-effective hotel, the rooms are warm and comfortable, the negative ion hair dryer is very powerful, the hair is very fluffy, the hotel facilities are smart and full of details, the hotel's breakfast is rich in variety, and the staff is very warm and thoughtful. The coffee in the lobby bar is very good, the environment is beautiful, there are many restaurants around, Guilin specialties are full of food, it is really good, will come again next time!
