I am waiting for you in Guilin Youth Hostel (Liangjiang Sihu East-West Alley)

When I read the reviews, I feel this place is really awesome. But getting there, I have a little bit of a hard time finding the location. Then, when I arrive, the boss is not here so some people staying there open the door for me. The dog is so cute and nice! The toilets are really clean and the place itself (room) is a bit dusty. When my roommate moves above, my bed moves a little as well, which can be a bit of a bother. But the biggest problem, that made me leave, is that the beds are sooooooo hard, I never experiences that before. And also, there are no curtains, so you get light on your face hard time. Of course, you have curtains for your bed, but you don't have curtains at the window, which is a bummer. Last thing, I checked out very very late but the owner let me not pay an extra day because I changed plan, this is really awesome.

The I am waiting for you in Guilin Youth Hostel is without doubt one of the coolest Hostels I have ever stayed in! I stayed for two days as a solo traveler. The Hostel is located right next to the Guilin pedestrian street area. At night there are many food stands. In the Hostel it was super easy to make new friends and the owner regularly takes the guests on little trips around the Guilin countryside - we went to a beautiful place at the Lijiang river. The beds are also good to sleep in :-)

I booked a private room, but this is not in the hostel, instead 5' away, so I missed the hostel vibe . Also the room is on the 4th floor without an elevator and the apartment building entrance in the afternoon evening is filled with trash from Restaurants,

Really good communication from the boss who was very helpful and aided me in booking Li river cruise at a much cheaper price than online. We had watermelon and tea with the staff and other guests in the evening, which was a real highlight, thank you!

Amazing, my best hostel in China, the guy of the hostel make an amazing job, very friendly, good environment. Súper experience. Recommended highly.
