It is a boutique hotel, marvolous finishing, spectacular cleaness, attenssion to smallest detail, and most importantly unmatched guest services. Strongly recommended

My favorite hotel in Guilin. Love especially the bathtub and rooftop bar and the breakfast cooked with heart. The chef was my favorite person as he always adjusted to my need adding his warm heart and nice smile. I will keep coming back.

Very nice, little hotel with great rooftop bar, conveniently located near Elephant Hill. Good large room, very good massage, downstairs. Very friendly and helpful staff. Simple but good breakfast. Only little downside was that I couldn't connect to hotel wifi on my laptop (phone was not a problem). (I haven't had this problem elsewhere in the numerous Chinese hotels I stayed in. But other than that, a great stay and I would definitely stay again.

We had an excellent stay! The hotel is conveniently located next to Guilin Elephant Trunkhill, the rooms are very comfortable, and staff are also very welcoming!

Room was clean and spacious, and staff are helpful and even provided a walking itinerary for the scenic areas in Guilin starting and ending at the hotel. The shower and toilet are separate spaces but it’s 1 sliding door covering both… so if you’re in the toilet, the shower will be exposed.. bathtub is in the middle of the room, no doors or separating walls, suitable for couples and singles. I requested for a non-smoking room and verified that it was indeed a non-smoking room with the front desk, but the sign in the room said “smoking not permitted on beds”. There was a very strong tobacco smoke smell wafting through the room at night despite me checking that all my windows were locked and secured, so i think the ventilation systems for smoking and non-smoking rooms are not separate… if not for the smoke smell at night, cleanliness is superb and a definite 5/5. Overall a pleasant stay and would stay here again!

The hotel is clean and well-maintained. Location is super convenient—just a 3-minute walk to Entrance 1 of Elephant Hill. Service was excellent. Staff were friendly and generous with water and any requests. Even the cleaner greeted us with a smile, which is rare. Breakfast was the best we’ve had in a hotel—better than some restaurants! All the basic amenities we needed were provided.
