Lokasi hotel sangat cocok untuk saya yang suka ketenangan, di gang sepi pinggir sungai jalan utama, seberangnya ada pemukiman penduduk, saya bisa tidur sampai bangun secara alami setiap hari tanpa khawatir terbangun . Tempat tidurnya sangat bersih dan air mandinya sangat bagus. Aliran air panasnya sangat deras, sangat menyegarkan untuk mandi setelah seharian bermain. Kasurnya sangat nyaman, dan saya bisa tidur nyenyak selama kedua malam. Kekurangannya hanya tidak ada lift, tapi bosnya baik sekali. Dia sendiri yang membawa barang bawaan ke pintu dan memberikan peta kecil untuk menunjukkan tempat dan lokasi pemandangan di sekitar hotel. Tempat ini tidak jauh dari tempat pemandangan . Mie Nasi Tong Lai di dekatnya adalah sebuah harta karun. Restoran kecil ini wajib dikunjungi.

Tidak ada kedap suara sama sekali. Ini seperti tidur di jalan. Benar-benar rata-rata. Disarankan untuk tidak datang jika Anda termasuk orang yang mudah terbangun.

This is a beautifully decorated hotel and although hidden in an alley, is tastefully decorated. The staff were very helpful and helped book our cruise to Yangshuo the next day. They also stored our luggage as we were checking out the next day and going to Yangshuo. The only suggestion I would make is for the luggage to be stored in a secure area as it was left in the open to one side of the dining area. Also, we were in a hurry to catch our cruise and I sent my daughter to order breakfast to save time whilst I did the laundry. However, as the reception staff were the same people preparing breakfast, the breakfast order was not taken until they had finished showing me the laundry area and how to use the machine so although they tried to be as quick as they could and were very pleasant, we had to pack our breakfast up to finish it later. However, they were always very helpful and pleasant, and the delay was only due to staffing levels and breakfast being cooked to order, so factor some extra time in to account for this.

The man at reception who speaks English is a scammer when it comes to excursions. First, he tells you to book the river excursion through him for 350 yuan, when the actual price is 220. Then, when we asked about booking it on our own (to save some money), he told us it would cost 300 yuan—80 yuan more than the real price—and that we’d have to book it far from the hotel. After doing some research, we found out the real price and tried to book it ourselves, but since it was all in Chinese, we went down to reception to ask for help. There was another guy who tried to assist us, but he ended up calling his boss (the same receptionist from earlier who speaks good English). The boss said he would only book it for us if we paid him an extra 90 yuan. I found this behavior despicable and felt constantly deceived by him. Room was okay, but remember he will try to extra charge you for everything!

A very good hotel, a clean room with everything you need. Impeccable service (indication of tourist spots, breakfast)
