Premier Inn Guildford North (A3)

Brilliant location, really clean and tidy, comfy huge bed and brilliant sized rooms. Very good value for money. The pillows and mattress are definitely up there for hotel stays. 100% recommend. Food & drink is reasonably priced too with great variety.

I stay here when i’m in Surrey for work and I enjoy it-mainly down to the staff! you know what you get with a Premier Inn. although this one is old and could do with a refurb-standards are high If you check in on a Monday or Tuesday, its always busy but quieter later in the week No matter how busy they are or if its been a while Clare always recognises me and makes an effort to get to know me and Dori is so cheerful and polite, because of this I now only try to come down when they work! I always get a good morning from the nights team too :) Thank you all for making my stays so welcoming. I recommend this hotel to people but the Beefeater is another story.

I had booked for three nights but checked out after one night. On arrival I realised this Premier Inn was not up to the standard I have experienced at others. It is cheap for a reason! Room was very basic and dusty in places (very thick dust on shelf above hanging space - where they put the spare pillows in a bag. Aircon/heating smelt musty so I turned it off as this is not good for health. Basin was not draining and bathroom smelt awful. I did not feel safe in the car park at night - dark and quite a walk as parking near reception full. Full of vans and work lorries. They did offer a room change but would it have been any better?? They refunded two nights. No time to argue as had to get to work. But should have been entire stay.

Dirty hotel……..hotel is dated but just dirty. The Beefeater…your feet stick to the floor…not a nice place, avoid! I won’t be returning. Not cheap at £140 a night. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet….rude contractors hotel…if you are a lone female avoid

Very friendly welcome at Premier Inn, room was fine. Attitude of staff in adjacent restaurant was appalling. I asked what food was available at 11:45am (thinking a brunch maybe possible) but the lady behind the bar was not interested in answering my question, and even started serving another customer before I had finished getting an answer.

The staff were lovely and really friendly, nothing was too much bother for them, the breakfast was good too plenty of options ,the beds were comfy as you would expect from a premier inn ,although watch out for the holes in the road approaching the hotel.
