酒店設施維護不太行，地板都拱起來了，陽台推拉窗壞了扣不上，馬桶圈也是壞的。窗簾臟得都粘手了。最令人不解的是面湖的陽台隔起來無法直面湖景。這是什麼腦回路？房間很小，住起來確實不太舒服。但是前台，保安大叔，保潔阿姨都非常熱情客氣。這點還是很讚的。

山上唯一的酒店，衞生環境出乎意料的好，洗髮水沐浴露味道挺香，房間也大。訂了兩個套房，其中一個套房電子門禁壞了，前台居然不知道。我們跑了兩趟，後來第三次才説電子鎖壞了，需要鑰匙才能開。套房陽枱燈開關找了半天沒找到，亮了一夜。希望套房能夠提供加床服務，空間太浪費了。

有一説一，景色還可以，山上不熱。
辦理入住的時候，服務員説明天有政治任務，需要提前退房。
我等小平**氣還挺好的，動不動就碰上了政治任務。第2天到了退房的時間點，叫個電瓶車來送，都要等半天。確實是有政治任務。想要去還傘，一大堆酒店的人堵在酒店的門口，車都不讓停在酒店的正門口，當然了，應該是歡迎政治人物來了。
畢竟這些專家過來是連帶救護車都要跟着的。
酒店的餐廳跟2年前過來的時候一樣，還是亂糟糟的，沒有什麼改進。

這個環境值得！要注意關閉好門窗，有蜜蜂！凌晨兩點看到螢火蟲！很適合發呆！晚飯最好提前預訂早點去，晚上餐廳接待能力有限，暑假週末旺季6點到餐廳，才知道很多人預訂好座位和團餐了，差點以為沒飯吃，管事的領班處理很好，很麻利，讓我們趕緊點菜，後來我們不到7點就吃完了，團餐的人還沒來！

極其差勁！第一次的房間廁所反臭，房間也臭！第二次換的房間，被子送了一天送不來，水也不送，啥服務都沒有！電話也打不通！極其差評！大家可以衹上來欣賞下美景，千萬不要住！

除了上下山停車指揮的師傅以及擺渡車師傅，其他人是不是暑假工，問什麼都一臉茫然，酒店餐廳口味一般，早餐非常不豐富，在規定時間內吃早餐居然怪我們去晚了，影響他們收拾了。山上動不動就起霧，確實挺美，但也意味滑草等娛樂項目沒法玩。總體就是挺無聊。體驗感也不好。

環境絕對值回票價，説實話這個酒店去之前沒有太大的期待，上山之後一路覺得太划得來了，雖然過程中房間有一些小插曲，總體還是很不錯的。
