All I can say is do not eat here. On the first night the two teenage boys with me, my son and his friend both suffered food poisoning from undercooked beef at the hotel. I informed the Jet2 rep at the time and she advised to speak to the reception staff which I did. Only to be rudely informed by the lady on reception that it couldn't possibly have been from the hotel as no one else was unwell or complained. I informed her that we had not eaten anywhere else and it was also impossible for anyone else to be unwell as they would not have eaten the same piece of beef as it clearly had not reached temperature and was an individual piece cooked infront of us. No apology, no offer of assistance just rudeness and lack of empathy shrugging her shoulders. The morning after at breakfast we stood and waited for a table of 6 to be greated with 'you will have to find your own table, I haven't got time I've got to get the food out'. We proceeded to sit at a dirty table for 5 as that was all that was available. Had the staff realised that the issue was the length of time the omelette, eggs and pancakes were taking cook as the lady on that station couldn't do more than one thing at once they would have realised that this was holding up the flow making people cue for their food and also tables due to the slow turnaround. If you asked her for anything or in a quick manner as I did when we were in a hurry on our last day to catch the transfer bus she then intentionally goes slower. I don't think I have been to a hotel with such unhelpful staff or disgusting food. Please see attached photos of what was on offer on an evening. This was the only hot food available and we had 4 children. Who lived on rice and chips for the remaining time there due to them being afraid to eat anything else and there being nothing to their liking. This hotel is rated 4 star. I wouldn't even give it a 3. It cost us over £3000 to take our family away for them to eat rations for the week we were there which is disappointing to say the least. We were not the only people there to complain about the food or service I might add. I hope something is done and no other family is in the same position.

Love this hotel, have been coming for many years and every time I truly enjoy it! The rooms are always very clean, the staff members are very friendly and helpful. A special mention to the animation and entertainment team as they are absolutely amazing, always engaging, very friendly and trying to give the best experience! Will definitely keep coming back!

What a wonderful hotel, from first entering the hotel the reception staff gave a warm, friendly greeting. They were kind, efficient and professional. The room was amazing, so big with a picturesque view of the sea and the outdoor pool area. The restaurant served delicious breakfasts with plenty of variety and the evening meals served freshly cooked fish and meat - such a change to having only a buffet style service. The salads and fruits were so fresh as was all the produce and the restaurant staff were always so very helpful (Diogo in particular went above and beyond). Entertainment during the day around the pool area was fun - I particularly enjoyed aqua aerobics. Plenty of sun-loungers with parasols and the area was kept in pristine condition by staff, every day the pool and surrounding area was kept clean. On the final day there was an invitation to meet the Manager of the hotel (Valter Costa) for farewell drinks. I’ve never known this before in hotels I’ve stayed in but it is obvious that he leads by example and takes time to ensure his guests are happy with their stay. Indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna is a bonus. Only a short walk to the beach. Great location. This hotel is highly recommended and I will certainly return. Thank you

We had a wonderful vacation. Great location for water activities. Friendly staff, particularly the entertainment staff, Lisandra and Dayana were fantastic! We had a car, which made it easy for us to explore the area and get to Albureira. Without a car, things would have been more challenging. The resort could use a little TLC, but it was more than comfortable.

Great hotel go here each year or sometimes twice a year. We go as a family for my daughters birthday. Local to the fantastic beach. The pool area is also great for kids they have slides for them to play on. They do kids entertainment in summer months. Breakfast is first class . Staff are polite and friendly and super helpful. I've never had a bad experience in all the 10 years attending this hotel

Excellent hotel in a good location close to the beach praise to all the staff who work so hard and are always friendly and helpful especially the evening barman and the lady cooking the pancakes at breakfast, once again thank you for a wonderful stay
