Convenient and close to the ski park, 3 rooms enough to hoist our party comfortably, adequate hygeine.

Not too clean especially the floor was very dirty obviously without cleaning. Main issue was very very strong smoking/cigarette odor from the min you step inside (neighbour tenants were big smokers in the corridor) so really not a good choice with kids.

The room is the same as the picture. The environment is clean, there is no smoke smell, the floor is very high, the balcony is clear, there is a washing machine, the equipment is sufficient, and the stay is comfortable. The location is very good, right between Sunac Paradise and Sunac Mall. It takes about 5-8 minutes to walk to Exit 2 of the ski mall. Because there is a site currently building a new subway line on the opposite side of the road, there is construction noise at night, but it is not a big problem if the windows are closed. Moreover, the temporary bus line across the road is right opposite the gate of Building 4, so the impact of the site is Not much actually. Behind the building is actually a very long shopping street, but most of the shops are in the section of Buildings 5-7, mainly restaurants. There are rice rolls and snack shops that open at 6 a.m., so even if the apartment doesn’t include breakfast, it won’t be a problem. Chuangmao Shopping Mall is a bit more upscale.
